I transferred to this pharmacy a few months ago and have been continually impressed with the service! Both the pharmacists and the assistants have been exceptionally kind and helpful. Very quick refills and rarely a line. I highly recommend this location.

The staff in the pharmacy are amazing! They are helpful and friendly. You have to wait at times But what do you expect from the busiest safeway in Washington. I do wish they had a drive through window but probably will never see that happen in my lifetime.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the app they text me when my medicines are ready for pickup. It is convenient as that is where I do my shopping.

I am a young woman who recently had a major surgery and needed to pick up my second prescription of oxycodone that had been authorized by my surgeon. The second refill was rejected by my insurance company due to opioid laws and instead of contacting myself or my physician they just cancelled the refill. I got to a critically low level of medicine and inquired on the status of my prescription, at which time I was told they "could not fill it" because my insurance wouldn't cover it. Instead of filling my prescription and letting me pay out of pocket to deal with insurance on the back end, they told me I could not have my medications and I would need to go to the ER if I wanted them. Last I checked neither the Safeway pharmacist nor my insurance company have the medical accreditation to decide whether or not I deserve my medications. My surgeon had to call them late at night on a Friday to remind them of this. Absolutely horrendous, heartless patient care on the part of Safeway. It was the last thing I needed while being only 3 days post operative rotator cuff surgery.

The staff is always friendly even when they are super busy filling prescriptions. They came through for meds for our dog that were going to cost us $400 a month at Target for only $15. I've moved all my prescriptions from Target who was randomly closed because they were short staffed and wouldn't answer their phone even when they were open.

This is the worst pharmacy with the worst customer service I've ever come in contact with. And this has gone on for years, ever since Rico left. Very disappointing.

I usually have a decent experience here in person. However, today I called and simply asked if they had received the prescription that my doctor said they were going to send over and the woman on the phone gave me grief 3 times for asking such a simple question. "Wow you must really want those meds" and "were they even open when you spoke to them?" are not inquiries I thought I'd ever have to answer from a pharmacist. Edit: day 2 of trying to figure out what's happening with my prescription and they hung up on me. Reduced from 2 stars to 1.

They have four employees working but felt the need to close for an hour in the middle of the day for lunch.... I've always had the worst service here...but what the heck??? I can't stop by several times a day to see if you guys are open! Change our online information! I hate this store more than any I've been to.

Doctor sent script at noon on Tuesday. Waited till 10am the following day to call and check if it was ready. They said it would be ready by noon. Came in at noon and they said it would be 45 min. Went and ran some errands, came back again and they were (closed) on lunch. Waited in line for 25 minutes after they got back from lunch to have the lady tell me that it still wasn't filled. This Pharmacy is ridiculous. We will be doing future business somewhere else.

Always understaffed, always a brutal wait. Time to find a pharmacy that isn't such a miserable experience.

I'm on a tight budget and with today's rising prices I'm always looking for good deals. I saw in your new ad that started 5/11/22 that you had 80/20 ground beef BOGO. I went to my Safeway at Frontier Village in Lake Stevens. When I got to the meat department I saw a sign that said BOGO mix and match. The sign was positioned right next to the 3 lb bricks which were on sale for $13.99. Since neither the ad or the sign were specific about which ground beef was on sale and based on the placement of the signage, I truly believed this was the sale item. When I went to check out I didn't get one of my bricks free. I was informed that the sale item was the saran wrapped ground beef on the other side of the sign which I never even saw. The signage was on both sides of the stand in was in which was confusing as there were different products on either side. Anyway, you were charging $7.49 lb for the ground beef that apparently was on sale so even as a BOGO purchase it was far more expensive than the 3 lb bricks. My issue is the way the signage was placed and the lack of clarity on both your sign and your ad as to which item was BOGO. This seems rather deceptive and there are people who might not understand that they are in fact paying more or like myself, honestly believed that an item they thought was included actually wasn't. I left with no ground beef as a result but also feeling a bit deceived by how Safeway created this deception even if they didn't intend too.
