They lady who cut my sons hair was so sweet and good with him. She gave him the most beautiful curly mullet. Would recommend for them for your boys haircut for sure.

Claudia has cut my hair a few times now, and has done an excellent job each time. Today, I couldn't access my BDAY coupon, and instead of just saying I'm sorry, I can't help with that like other companies may have, she found a way to make it work, and access the discount. Highly recommend.

Brought in my son for a haircut. The stylist who cut his hair was very nice and friendly. There was another stylist who "greeted" me when I came. No "hello" or "welcome in" - Just barked at me asking if I signed in online. She had a similar tone to others who walked in. No smile on her face whatsoever, looked like she hated working there. That might be true, but this franchise owner should maybe reconsider who they choose to greet guests. She was NOT someone that I would have wanted cutting my kids hair.

My first trip in. It was extremely busy. They have online check-in so that helps. I got to the chair, I asked for my hair to be styled and choppy on top. I did not get that. I got the MVP for the scalp massage and shampoo. All I got was the shampoo and conditioner. I have been to other locations and felt a lot better taken care of. Probably won't return.

The cut was great. But the customer service was awful I did not feel welcome. From the beginning there was no welcome in. It was did you sign in on the app. No well you might be pushed further down. When I was calls she didn't smile mispronounced my name which is fine with me no one really gets it right the first time. But she didn't ask me how to pronounce it. The whole time I felt like I was a burden. My kiddo doesn't like hair cuts so I helped hold his head still for her. I said I'm sorry for this and there was no response like it's okay thanks for holding. Or even telling me where to move my hands to help better. THEN ANOTHER STYLIST HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY WOW YOU WERE SO GOOD TO THEIR CLIENT LOUD ENOUGH FOR US TO HEAR. Really madam your client should be good he was like 10 (maybe older) versus a 3 yo toddler... the vibe of the place was just so horrible the only reason I'm not leaving the worst rated review is because now I know how I want my son's hair cut. Most likely never coming back
