We secured a small unit at this facility that was supposed to last a couple of months, but we literally decided to move our things after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we DO NOT get any kind of reimbursement/refund for left over money after having paid, even worse for individuals that may have prepay for several months and move out early. So let that be a warning. This became apparent from the front staff when closing out of our unit. They informed us "the money left on the account just sits there, but you don't get any kind of refund. So if you want another unit, you'll have a credit, but we dont give it back." We weren't going to argue the fact, nor felt comfortable dumping all of our complaints on someone who just started a week prior by letting them know we had no intention of ever renting from them again. So we thanked the individual and accepted it as our loss to get far from the situation.
The whole process of doing paperwork and securing the unit initially was fine, but what they don't warn you about is that you are only allowed to use one cart and there are only 4 carts for a 1,000 unit facility. Found that out the hard way after chasing two down and being talked down to like we were dumb or a criminal for attempting to use more than one. However, even one is hard to locate in this place so you'll either end up waiting for one to pop up, having to run around this place to find one yourself, or just move on without it.
If your not being scolded/called out over the intercom, for whatever reason they don't like, you're being chased down and scolded by the office staff at your unit.. Unfortunately, all negative interactions we've observed came from Teresa, the office staff to be specific.
Without fail, each time we showed up she was to us in under 2 minutes of punching in our code at the door. It honestly felt like she was watching us on the cameras and waiting for us to hit the entrance to let us know she didn't like what we were doing or doing something wrong.
For example, the doors automatically open and close. On our first day we made the mistake of holding the door open to bring things in, and you bet she was there in a matter of 2 minutes and was telling us we couldn't do that. We correct that at the time and attempted to be conscious of that for the future. However, the next time we came to drop things, there were 4 of us going in and out bring things in and she approached us again claiming "you can't prop the doors open."I explained that there are 4 of us going in and out the door, and it wasn't intentional. The doors go to close every 30 seconds or so, while one person is grabbing something the next is already at the door. She then blamed the boxes being too close to the door and was preventing it from closing. Through all this back and forth, she then tells us we had 10 minutes until we lose our access and we were preventing them from leaving and going home at that moment, but continued to come back several more times ultimately to tell us unless stuff slowing the process further more. While continuing to move the last of our boxes, Teresa insisted on going as far as intentionality following us into the elevator, and to our unit, so she could continue to harp on us about the same stuff. Also making comments like "we have really good security here" seeming more accusatory like we were up to no good. By the time we left the facility, she was already gone, so it didn't really seem like we were preventing much of anything.
Overall her presence is very overwhelming and comes off more harassing than anything. It can really turn people away when they feel like they are being treated like junk, singled out, constantly watched and talked down to.

Very shady business. If I could rate a zero I would. They get you in the door with one price of 138.00 a month then they raise it to 213.00 without calling or emailing to inform you and after only 3 months total of being there so God help you and your possessions if you moved across the country and are on a fixed budget.
Edit, Reply: No, I will not be calling your number. I already had to get a friend to get my important stuff but had to donate my furniture including a desk I've had since childhood because of your greedy, shady and disgusting business practices. I won't ever do business with you again and will encourage others to stay far away from StorQuest.

Theresa needs a raise. She has helped me with everything I have needed even during her lunch time. If she wasn't there I don't think this location would be in business today

I have rented from here twice. Both times Theresa has been quite helpful and friendly. This is a clean, well-kept facility in a nice tucked away location. The best place I have rented a storage unit from.

I’ve been renting here for about 4 years & have been satisfied since moving in. I’ve switched units a few times within the same building & the staff is super helpful with that process & very accommodating!

We have been using StorQuest for storage since January. They had great pricing and met every request/need that we had. The Staff provided top tier customer service, and Jesse was very helpful when it came to us moving our things out of their facilities. They made our cross country move a lot easier. Highly recommend using StorQuest for any long or short term storage needs.
