This is target is terrible- they really push the self checkout and neglect every other shopper trying to checkout- the self checkouts have huge line and only 1 checkout station open. This really does the company a disservice- 4 shoppers just left their carts and walked out. They also have signs that claim a law has mandatory 8c per bag that will be charged, the actual current Wa law states this fee is optional up to 8c.-- false advertising and a class action should be filed for misleading customers. Shame on lake Stevens target

I went to Target thinking it would be a pleasant shopping experience on August 25, 2023 at about 8:30 am. I went in to purchase items for my rental investment property. Right before I checked out a shift manager spoke very rudely to the cashier. I heard and saw the shift manager tell the older cashier "You'll have to ask your co-workers." The older cashier was only doing her job.It was horrible and rude. Who raised this savage? Can you imagine how the shift manager treats us paying customers?!!!The people stocking supplies in the store and the older cashier were 5 stars. The shift manager on August 25, 2023 at 8:30 am was horrible. 0 stars. Upper management and corporate should be watching this savage of a shift manager. If they were one of my employees they would have already been fired for speaking disrespectfully to a member on their team infront of customers!!!

It's the holiday season and this store has the best services. Tonight's venture had me returning three things on three different receipts with an in store pick up. I was in and out in a dash. They made the entire process quick and easy.

The store is very clean and has all the things we wanted. They had things that other target stores doesn't have and will go there rather than the target in Everett.

I am updating my review to 5 stars. In the last few months I've had to use Target Drive Up services more often due to an injury that made walking long distances difficult, and I've been so impressed. They are faster and not making any mistakes. It's been like a night and day difference. Great job!

This target puts every other target to shame!! Literally the best customer service of my entire life from EVERY employee I have ever dealt with! Jvonte blew my mind with his over the top willingness to help me with a return. The store is always clean and organized, if you can't find something just ask and I guarantee someone will help you!

Avoid the red-headed employee in the electronics department named Wendy. So needlessly rude... Customer service is not for you if you can't handle a few questions regarding a product. This is the second time I've had an unfriendly experience with her, and it's starting to feel a little bit personal. I asked about the different models of iPads in stock, and she kept giving me these short and vague responses, not even making any attempt to sell me an iPad. I told her if she can explain more in depth, and she told me in the rudest tone, "or you can just look it up yourself." I said I'm just going to go check out another place" and she said "K" and immediately proceeded to turn around and walk away. I get that places are understaffed, we're in a pandemic, and it's the holiday season, but is it too much to ask to be spoken to like a person? I wasn't asking her to grab something from the back, or attempting to return an item, I just wanted an iPad and wanted to know why there were different kinds.

I shop at Target often and I hope this review helps those in charge of the drive up orders. Better training is desperately needed. I've had other peoples orders given to me, half my order given to me, have had to go into the store to track down the person who said they'd "be right back with the rest of my order." Maybe number the bags, as in "bag 1 of 4" to ensure everything makes it out in one trip. I'm not sure how I can show my code and still get other peoples orders though. It doesn't seem like it should be easy to mess up so often, but it is. I get that this is a free service and I appreciate it when it works, but it's so frustrating to have to track down my stuff myself or come back after seeing that what I have been given wasn't even mine. You must be losing money if people are driving away with other peoples orders so often.

I got scammed by SPRINT supervisor. Wow, they sold me the S20 G5 and said it cimes with a gift. I saw the gift was a tracker. I said I dont have the need for it. She said take it anyway it comes with it. Then she SECRETLY activated and I am been charge monthly. Now Tmobile has nothing to do with it. So I get charged extra $60 by Tmobile and the camera of the $1,400 S20 phone doesnt work properly. So taken twice with this faulty equipment sold to bring up the numbers.Yes, I have insurance that only sends the phone away and leave you with a lemon phone for another week and welcome to a new company SERVICE WITH A SMILE.Thank you sprint-tmobile

I've been here several times in the 4ish months I've lived in Lake Stevens. Sale prices regularly don't come up accurately at the register. It's almost as if one needs to take a picture of the sale tag while standing in front of the item to show as proof when checking out. Very annoying, especially because you have to make sure everything is ringing up correctly. Today three separate "sale" items rung up at their normal price and I had to ask for assistance three separate times while at self checkout. The clerk was nice, but actually questioned me, as the sale price did not come up even after she scanned with her fancy device. I think they're leaving sale signs up too long or something. If you don't pay attention, you will definitely pay more than what you thought. Never had this problem at a Target before. Seems to be specific to this location.

I'm not really sure what's going on here at the store. I stoped in today (February 17th) to pick up a couple things. I went up and waited in line at the self checkout. The man finished and I was waiting for the employee to clean the area. She looked at me and said go ahead and check out. I replied are you not going to sanitize the check station. The employee said no we don't do that anymore. I replied that's strange you require us the wear a mask and social distance ourselves, BUT you don't clean the check stands. How discussing. I requested a manager and he said, well we are not required to and we do our best. I'm not really sure what he means by "Our Best". Just a heads up you might want to avoid the self checkouts and carry your own disinfectant.
