Everyone in there is so lovely! the energy is great, and all the products are clearly displayed on shelves you can get close to. i really appreciate that. i was helped by a girl named kylie, she was SO sweet and patient with me even though it was busy and i was a bit scatter brained. she was very knowledgeable and kind. would definitely recommend the vault to my buddies :) thank you kylie!

I've only been here recently (in the past 5-6 months) so I can't comment on the previous low scoring posts, but I will say recently they seem to be pretty organized. They have people who check IDs, never really a line, always there to help me whenever I need. I usually just go in and they ask what I need. I'll tell them what I'm looking for (which is usually just some hybrid and sativa pre-rolls) and they'll just go back and grab me some. They'll offer to explain each one to me, but I don't really need details personally. Everyone here has been friendly and nice and I will continue to come here, especially because it's like 5 minutes from my home. I'd say the selection is pretty good too in my opinion.

They are located on hwy 9 in lake stevens. They have new staff, however the new staff like the old ones are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always have sales, which for me is a plus. They also have something like a punch card system using your phone number so you can accrue discounts that way as well. All in all one of my favorite dispensaries.

I'm not understanding why this place has a bad rap. I'm always greeted by someone friendly and knowledgeable. Oh, there's a selection to choose from! Which can be overwhelming, but that's why they have people to guide you. All of June the whole store is 20% off, so why wouldn't you want to go? It's easy to get to, in a safe area and for the price it's all truly fantastic!

By far the best dispensary around. They have amazing deals constantly, and a great point system too. The girls in the morning are so helpful and always have smiles on their faces. They actually take the time to talk to you about your day and you don't feel like just another customer.

Horrible customer service. We came in Figured out what we wanted no one came up to help us. Watch the woman come in shortly thereafter us 1 of the Bud tenders ran from behind the counter hugged her then took her to a far counter to help her immediately, Another guy came in after us the Bud tender who viewed His ID helped him immediately while my husband and I are still waiting to be helped. Finally one of the Bud tenders who was on break made his purchase then went out to his car to put it in his car then came back in to begin working and my husband and I have still not been helped out or acknowledged. So I decided to let them know how s***** their customer service is And instead of spending the $100 I was going to I just bought 2 pre rolls. I will not be going back to the vault. Go to kushmens In Everett for the best deals. I know it's a drive but if you have the time to make the drive they have great great deals. If you don't want to make the drive there's always cannablyss in Downtown Lake Stevens and I think it's blue dream something like that on Bickford in snohomish. Happy High. Cannablyss has great customer service it is smaller though.

This is usually my go to place even though I struggle to find anyone with medical knowledge Recreation side is great. They refused to let my UK friend in. They said they couldn't prove his ID wasn't fake even though he is in his 40s. So we went elsewhere. I've stopped going recently with the change of daily specials. It was nicer when it was by the type of product vs the name. Now the usual stuff i get is all on different days. The drive was worth it when i could get everything I needed in 1 day.

Took my medical forever, went to pay for my things and show them my medical card. Apparently they took medical discounts away completely but bumped up Senior and Veteran discounts wtf!?! Won't be coming back.

Uh not impressed People didn't know what they have (when the one time I went maybe better now but I'm not going back because it's too far when I have z kushmart SE like a block away) If you live near there then it's good for you If you want to travel to see, yeah don't waste your time

It's like one problem is solved and another comes up here. Biggest issue here though is NO ONE HELPS YOU! I stand there for 10 min and they have no system. I just left. Get organized people! This was third time I just stood there and no help after 10 min. If you can make the trip to another dispensary....Do It! They actually help you and are trying to be a actual business. This place doesn't want to do that for some reason.
