Very poor and rude customer service. The lady that is apparently the store lead was very rude to the customer. Instead of explaining calmly the return or exchange policy of the store, she yelled at the customer and asked them to get out and threatened to call the police. The other staff was calm and kind, only the lead was rude. I hope the manager/owner see this review and evaluate her. This is not the first time that we encounter her rudeness but today was too much. The incident happened on 10/13/2024 around 6:45pm for reference.

i went to get chicken noodle soup and i got to my car and it expired 12/03/23 for reference todays date is 9/20/24 so it’s been 10 months. i went to get another one and another one was expired (12/13/23). just ew? and there was a man in there restocking shelves?? get your priorities straight.

I had really liked this convenience store. Friendly employees most of the time and a great selection of foods and beverages.
Unfortunately, the last time I came in, an item I purchased was rung up higher. I’ve had this happen several times over the years and the employee verified the price and corrected it.
This time, I had taken a picture of the item with the price. The male cashier gave me an excuse with the prices have been updated and the manager hadn’t changed all the tags. When I asked if he could give me the price posted, he said he couldn’t. First time I’ve been told that. I won’t go back due to the poor service of not adjusting the $1.

I was at The Trestle station this morning very few people inside the lady manager was behind the counter at the ice cream she ignored me walked to the back room then she started barking out orders to the cashier that served me ice cream she was helping me out the customer she was very rude and condescending to her employees didn't even once acknowledge me that's not a good supervisor the other girls behind the counter the workers very professional too bad they have to put up with that 7th of July 2024 approximately 10:30 a.m.

I love this place! It is so convenient, clean, great variety of hot foods and beverages! Bonus, hand scooped ice cream in a freshly made waffle cone! I have found the staff to be friendly and welcoming!

I’ve been going to the Trestle Station regularly since I’ve moved into the area. The staff has always been friendly, and helpful, even during the busy times (and there are many). They have a terrific selection of items from wine and beer to snacks and even handy household goods. It’s nice to have a friendly, clean, convenient place to stop so close to home.
