We had rented a 20” U-Haul and there was an issue we discovered with the rear differential within the first 24 hours. I called Kevin at Clock Tower in Lake Steven’s and he helped us switch out our rental truck immediately. He also provided the upmost customer service and made our experience very pleasant!
