Everything to go to this post office I'm greated with a smile. They are always willing to do what they can to help. My experience has been way better service than at the bigger post offices.

It should not take 4 months and 7 visits to the post office to complete a change of address for a deceased family member.
What a joke.
My problem is still not solved.

It's funny, but I got a notice in my mailbox that a package could not be delivered because a signature was required. I checked the ring, and the only notification that day was the mail person driving past my house. They never even stopped, guess this is why that slip was in my mailbox and not on my door.

Concerned about package theft. My $100 package was marked as delivered to the parcel locker, and there was a key to the parcel locker in my mailbox but when I opened it nothing was inside. Either the carrier stole it or someone has made a key that unlocks neighborhood parcel lockers and USPS needs to make them more secure. There is no way to call the local post office, you have to go through automated systems to try and get help.

Our mail carrier is horrible, frequently misdelivers mail, speeds through the neighborhood, and is generally unfriendly and cantankerous. Nothing short of an act of god seems able to get someone competent onto our route and this guy removed from his post.

I just love visiting this place due to the wonderful and helpful woman who runs the front desk! I really wish I knew her name. I know she has told me in the past however it always passes me but she is always extremely helpful encouraging and has something nice to say! I do understand the post office gets busy however once I get in there and I am helped it’s easy and seamless and she’s just a joy to be around! I look forward to coming to drop off my mail just to visit her! Thank you wonderful Post Office Lady!! ?

Out of the blue, very important mail is now being labeled as undeliverable and being sent back to where it came from putting me in a very bad position. Getting no help at all to resolve this

Very slow and low staff. Don't maintain drop off boxes so if you're dropping off mail You have to wait in a huge line just to drop it off at the counter

They are very clearly short staffed yet they continue to reject virtually every application from what I've heard. This place is a joke, and the whole system for USPS application is a complete disaster. No wonder nobody likes snail mail when the USPS is mostly responsible and yet totally incompetent.

I think USPS must treat their employees poorly at the Lake Stevens location. I had the worst customer service.Unwelcoming and lack of information.
