Very slow and low staff. Don't maintain drop off boxes so if you're dropping off mail You have to wait in a huge line just to drop it off at the counter

They are very clearly short staffed yet they continue to reject virtually every application from what I've heard. This place is a joke, and the whole system for USPS application is a complete disaster. No wonder nobody likes snail mail when the USPS is mostly responsible and yet totally incompetent.

I think USPS must treat their employees poorly at the Lake Stevens location. I had the worst customer service.Unwelcoming and lack of information.

Terribly poor service with unorganized, unfriendly, unwelcoming, and super unreliable staffs. Sad to see where our tax money is going with these government-subsidized organizations?

There was nobody at the front desk t help for a few minutes even with a line of customers someone finally came to the front desk the Staff was extremely rude I know it’s probably a busy time with the holidays coming up and lots of people mailing things but seeing as I had not mailed things from the post office before I just had a few simple questions about price etc the lady was so rude that I only mailed two packages and I left and drove all the way to the Snohomish office to continue mailing the remainder of my packages. I will not be returning to the lake Stevens post office

Unable to perform their basic function. Carrier lies about clearance of the mailbox when clearly it meets and exceeds required space. Agency should be defunded and dismantled. Call your local elected representatives and let’s get something better going.

Today, I went in to get myself set up with a post office box. I had to get the requisite forms, then come back with my ID. When I came back, though, Lo helped me both professionally and kindly, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood what I was getting into. I appreciate all of the hard work these people do every day, despite the frustrations, we all have sometimes with federal government stuff. Keep it up!

Update 04/2023: the carrier on my route is MUCH better. I usually get my packages when they are supposed to show up and haven't been getting the neighbors mail. I haven't had to re-arrange my schedule to pick up packages from the post office in quite a while.The carriers from this location are terrible. They always say they have attempted to deliver when nobody actually tries. I keep having to go to the post office to pick up my packages and it makes it really hard when I work the same hours they're open.

I get an email notice every morning of what mail to expect that day. Today, was the same, but no mail. The carrier stopped by my house, but no mail. I work from home and have a direct sight line to my mailbox from my office so no one stole it, it just didn't arrive. And, the local newspaper that is supposed to come with the mail, also didn't arrive. I'll be calling the postmaster.

I've had nothing but problems USPS and this office. They shreddedy package last year and took over a year to mail me just the empty envelope and an additional "FU". Will not pay me the value of the product they "lost". No today, I paid 5 dollars more to upgrade shipping to get my product in 2 days. Now it's day 3 and they marked it as delivered but only delivered 1 of the 2 boxes, which I needed to get my car drivable. No I won't be able to get to work money and that's more money lost. I'm about to take this office to small claims.

They don't know where my mail is !!!! Cluster mail box was vandalized so I got a post box, well the rent for those were a bit much so After new cluster box was put it, I filled out a change of address to my physical address. They were suppose to start delivery Nov 1st nothing, not it's the 22 of Nov. Went into the annex they don't know where mail is,they called the other office by the Lake they don't know where it is. So Tommaso giving a call to Rick Larson to see if he can help. Please if you are.having.problems email him. !!!! PLEASE IF WE ALL STICK TOGETHER THINGS WILL HAPPEN . THANK YOU ALL REVIEWEES.

They delivered my new bank card to a neighbor, if they weren’t a good person and gave it to me I’d be in big trouble. Might be a better idea to spend extra to avoid dealing with this branch.
