The Manager, Eric went above and beyond to take care of me today. I own a MB and got an oil change which is no big deal but I also needed an air filter really bad. I called ahead to confirm they had the filter in stock but didn't realize I was speaking with their customer service in some other state. When they went to install the air filter they realized my vehicle required non typical tools to access the filter. Normally they would have declined to provide the service but because I was already told by their customer service I could get it done they wanted to follow through. Eric happened to have the tool needed in his personal car and completed the service for me. They've won my business for all future automotive needs!

We've come here a few times for oil changes and everyone who works here is super nice and very helpful. They always get the oil change done quickly and efficiently.
There's sometimes a bit of a wait, but that's to be expected when there are multiple cars trying to get an oil change at once. They do a great job getting through each car and moving on to the next quickly while not sacrificing service.

My husband and I go to Valvoline every few months or so, Eric and Caleb have been the ones to help me. Every single time I'm there, they're friendly, professional, and genuinely just happy to be there and happy that I'm there. They ask me about certain things that the car may need or I just might want (that I know nothing about so I just let my husband handle all that lol)They tell me enough information about it that I know what it is and why I need it and they let me decide from there. They tell me about it, but they are not too pushy. If I say no they accept and respect that which is not something that you get all the time when it comes to a young woman going into any type of shop, alone. I truly appreciate these guys and feel 100% that they've got me covered ❤️

They try to promote multiple add-on services while you are receiving an oil change. Add-ons are not competitively priced with other quick service chains and are comparable to what you will find at full-service (non-dealer) garages. I do not recommend the other services unless speed and convenience is your primary motivator. Oil change labor price was excellent. I provided my own filter and oil and was charged approximately $40 for the service. A great way to get a change with a premium filter and high-mileage pure synthetic at a fraction of the list price. Which I believe at the time was listed as $129 and "on-special" for $99. If you buy your own filter and oil, you can ensure you receive exactly the quality of oil and filter you paid for. Premium Purolator Boss Filter and High-Mileage Pure Synthetic 10k Valvoline oil was $40 on Amazon. Total of service labor plus cost from Amazon was $80 by comparison to $99 or full-price of $129 and I could have gone cheaper, but I wanted a 10K service interval on our 2012 100K+ mi Honda Odyssey that only drives 500-1000 mi/month. So long as the oil is checked at each fillup (not just oil level, but also oil quality) this $80 service could last a full year or more. The vehicle will go through a half-quart throughout the year and will need to be topped off once or twice. You too could save big on oil service!

I'd just purchased a pre opened car and took it for oil change. Caleb was very reassuring about the conditions under the hood as well as under carriage. Highly recommend
