Do not go here. I tried to obtain vaccinations in alignment with the CDC and my provider’s guidance but was denied. Despite this, they billed my insurance. I had to spend two hours trying to contact the pharmacy to reverse this before I could get vaccinated elsewhere.

Great people and they take Apple insurance but can be a bit on the slow side sometimes but better than Walgreens.

I’m not sure why it would take more than an hour to fill a prescription. Never send your prescription here.

The systems don’t work very well and you can end up waiting forever for an appointment that should take less than 5 minutes. Go to a real clinic and take care of business. Don’t waste your time.

I've made the unfortunate decision to send my prescription here three separate times and every single time I've had to wait an unreasonable amount of time in line and every single time I've been asked, did you just sent your order in? to which I reply: No, it's been about 2 hours. Well it's going to take time to process. How much time? We'll try to do it as soon as we can. Never again.

Definitely had many poor experiences with Walgreens in general and their pharmacies as well. This review is based off my experience today. I was helped by their technician (I think I’m training?) her name tag was partially covered but the first 3 letters was TER. She was amazing, patient and helped me so much as my 1.5 year old was crying with a double ear infection. I can’t thank you enough for making my Walgreens Pharmacy experience the best it’s ever been. TER- was a god send today

Zero stars.We went by to grab medication after surgery and as I approached the window and tried to start talking, I was cut off, was interrupted, was told how behind they were and how it would take over an hour for the medication. I was not concerned with the wait time, I understand busy- I was concerned that the employee speaking to me did not even let me get a full sentence out and I was left feeling completely confused and wondered what I did wrong to be treated so awful... I was just there to pick up medicine for my husband. I drove away from the window feeling horrible and not wanting to go back in an hour to be treated that way again, so I called the pharmacy I had just left to ask them to transfer the prescription to a different walgreens. The gentleman on the phone WAS the man at the window and WAS the MANAGER of the pharmacy. I was in shock. I expressed my concern with his service and how and again he continued to NOT ALLOW ME TO SPEAK and then hung up on me... Walgreens, if this is who you have in your manager positions or working for you at all... we will not be back.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I would recommend becoming a Christian scientist just so you didn't use meds over going and dealing with their debacle!

This location is horribly understaffed and unhelpful. Not only will they not answer calls despite being on hold for nearly an hour they picked up, I heard them talking about customers and complaining about hearing life story from customer and not caring, then they put me on hold and hung up. Completely unprofessional. I continued to call and try and speak with representative to confirm information. Another 30+ mins on hold and then hung up on due to lunch break. I understand that they are short staffed, but the long holding, talking about customers while the phone was on (when they picked up the call and left the phone on a counter from the sound of it) and other customers could hear...then hanging up on me after making my way through the queue for nearly two hours today...It is hard to be sympathetic or understanding. Will be looking for a new pharmacy (which I am sure the staff will appreciate as they are not able to service the customers they have and are obviously overwhelmed).

Never open. Sometimes notifies you that your prescription is ready, just to come in and tell you they don’t even have it.And they close randomly. With no warning. Can’t trust it with meds.
