This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I would recommend becoming a Christian scientist just so you didn't use meds over going and dealing with their debacle!

This location is horribly understaffed and unhelpful. Not only will they not answer calls despite being on hold for nearly an hour they picked up, I heard them talking about customers and complaining about hearing life story from customer and not caring, then they put me on hold and hung up. Completely unprofessional. I continued to call and try and speak with representative to confirm information. Another 30+ mins on hold and then hung up on due to lunch break. I understand that they are short staffed, but the long holding, talking about customers while the phone was on (when they picked up the call and left the phone on a counter from the sound of it) and other customers could hear...then hanging up on me after making my way through the queue for nearly two hours today...It is hard to be sympathetic or understanding. Will be looking for a new pharmacy (which I am sure the staff will appreciate as they are not able to service the customers they have and are obviously overwhelmed).

Never open. Sometimes notifies you that your prescription is ready, just to come in and tell you they don’t even have it.And they close randomly. With no warning. Can’t trust it with meds.

Went to get my medication today and found out the pharmacy as of last week is closed on Saturdays and Sundays now! Who thought that was a good idea? Alot of folks work all week and may only have the weekend to pick up things

I took this Saturday as a personal holiday from work to get the updated covid booster for the first appointment I can get, I have two family members undergoing treatment for cancer and I need to be protected around them. I was sent an email confirmation friday afternoon and when I got to the store the pharmacy was closed. I asked the clerk at the front end what was going on and she said sorry but there's nothing I can do. So I burned a paid day off I could have used in the future and instead spent all day calling around to pharmacies to try and find a place that accepted walk ins to no available. Absolutely trash website, unhelpful and unsympathetic clerks. This is a garbage business that I will dump on to everyone I meet from now until the end of time.

ZERO stars. I consider this pharmacy to be DANGEROUS.\\n\\n-The number of times I've been to this pharmacy to find them closed inside of normal hours (not including lunch) is ridiculous.\\n\\n-The guy (can't remember his name but I think he's the only male) can talk but is incapable of listening.\\n\\n-Text messaging pickup notifications are broken. At least for me. Makes it hard to know when to go in. Telling me to come back in 20 minutes nearly every time I go does not work for me.\\n\\n.....\\n\\nIn light of the problems above, I switched my daughters prescription to be mailed instead. I wrongly assumed they'd have their act together in that department.\\n\\n-Mail orders do not refill at 80% the way the do at the pharmacy. So, they're not mailing out my daughter's prescription until it has run out. DANGEROUS.\\n\\n-I picked up my daughter's last prescription on 6/18 and then signed up for mail order in light of the ongoing issues. It's 7/25 today and IT HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. Went to Walgreens today to get emergency supply to buy her more time and Walgreens said \\\"No, her prescription is with mail orders, not with us.\\\" This isn't some other company. It's Walgreens. I challenged that and still left empty handed.\\n\\nWALGREENS, do you know how it feels to trust a company with your child's medicine and be refused? This isn't over the counter medicine. Your systems, pharm techs, whomever or whatever or it is that is leaving my daughter without her medicine is reckless. This isn't a money issue. It's not insurance problem. The medicine is not a narcotic. My daughter needs this medicine daily to live a normal life. We trusted you to be our supplier and you have let us down in a big way.\\n\\nGET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Not for us as we'll never be back, but for your other patients.

Just wanted to know if they have OTC covid tests, 35 min on hold so the lady could grunt "no" and then hang up on me. These were simple 2 min calls with Safeway, Haggen, Rite Aid, Target (CVS), Bartell, Walmart, etc. Don't waste your time dealing with these idiots when there's half a dozen better options within a block or 2. I'll never bother with this company again.

The man working in photo, I believe his name might have been Ethan, was incredibly and unnecessarily rude. I'll never get photos developed at this location again.

It's now been 2 or 3 months since my covid test. I have left several phone messages & you think someone would contact me? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. FYI Walgreens, if you took money from the Federal Goverment to cover the cost of my test & you're refusing to give me the result, then WALGREENS IS STEALING MONEY FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. I want my f****** test results! I don't care if they are irrelevant now. If my taxes paid for the test, give me the god damn results. F****** criminals!

This is for the Pharmacy. I drove up to the drive through 5 minutes after closing. I was right behind someone being helped and had no one behind me. I needed to go in to get my son his eyedrops because he contracted pink eye. When I pulled up to the window, they would not help me. They told me that they already pulled the till. They must have raced to pulling the till as soon as the person in front of me drove away. Now, my son is crying because he's in so much pain. 5 F****** minutes and they refused to help me. Never again will I have any prescriptions sent over there. Poor customer service.

Don't even bother with this location. I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for test results that were supposed to be available in an hour. You can't leave a message and you can't send an email. Their message says to contact PNW Health for results but you can't leave them a message either. I better not see Walgreens send a claim to my insurance for a test I never received the result for. That's insurance fraud Walgreen's! Save you money, pick a different pharmacy.
