Switched here when Rite aid closed down based on reviews. I sat at the pick up window for 5 minutes while an employee was scrolling social media on his phone. Looked up at me and walked away. Got irritated and went inside, where the employee that ignored me was now helping people at the window. They then had "issues" refilling mine, my wife's, and my son's prescriptions...which I've never had issues with before. My app said it couldn't be filled 2 days prior and he said no one has even requested a refill in 2 months. So done with this place already, waaaaay worse than rite aid was.

Pharmacy is garbage and takes more than twice as long as they say. Stay away. They obviously don’t care and are unpleasant to talk to. Even by Walgreens low standards this one is especially garbage. Go anywhere else.

horribly understaffed. showed up early for my appointment and had to wait 15 minutes to be told they were really backed up, pointing to the huge crowd of people sitting around. I placed the blame directly on the managers and corporate leaders, not the poor workers who have to suffer because someone wants to make $1 million while they screw everyone else over. I won’t be back. If you work here, I highly recommend looking for another employer.

I have been getting prescriptions here for almost 5 years. I am absolutely irritated and fed up with the attitude of the majority of the staff. Sabrina is amazing, that is the only reason I am giving a 1 star. Every month I call at least 4 days prior to when I need my meds so they can order them if need be as I get a month supply and two of my meds are Schedule 2's. This month was no different. I called on Wednesday for a Saturday fill and pickup. I reminded them I had to have them ready before noon. One was filled that day and I received the text and automated call. I had to call back to the pharmacy and say hey I think you forgot to run the insurance. Now mind you my insurance has been the same since 2018. Oh yeah, sorry. Okay no big deal, I picked it up Thursday morning as I was not going to LS at 7:30pm. I reminded them on Thursday morning of the other 2 and that i would need before noon. At 10:03 am today I received the text saying it was ready, and moments later the call. I got out there about :11:20 am and guess what, they had only filled one and hadn't ran the insurance at all. So I had to wait another 30+ minutes for them to fill the 2nd one and run the insuran. When i got home, i realized they didn't bother to to even enter my cell number for my rewards points..I have filed several complaints with my insurance carrier. I am done with this Walgreens!The excuse today was oh we have 2 techs and we are busy giving shots. So what was the excuse of not filling one med at all or taking the 30 seconds to click the button to apply insurance? Sorry it is laziness and attitude. The tall, heavier set blonde has such a bad attitude and is flippant. Girl, if you don't like working with people, get out of a customer service based industry!

My toddler has an upcoming project for preschool, I’ve never used the photo kiosk before. I met a woman by the name of Kuldip Kaur and she was absolutely amazing and was so eager to assist me in my needs. She was also diligent in helping retrieve the photos off my phone that I needed to obtain for this project, at the same time she demonstrated wholesomeness and compassion in our interaction together. Patient, courteous, and professional. Thank you for being the amazing person you are Kuldip, it was an absolute pleasure!!!

This place deserves to go out of business! Very rude pharmacists who seem to be in desperate need of basic customer management training. Always messing up the prescriptions/refills, can’t be bothered to show basic courtesy to people coming in for their medical needs. They act as if they’re doing customers a favor, despite bungling very basic prescription orders. These people need to find another job if they despise their current ones this much.

I’ve stopped shopping at Walgreens. They refuse to carry birth control medicine in a number of states. Better to take your business somewhere else that isn’t kowtowing to extremists.

The pharmacy is slow to answer phones. Their drive through is just as slow. If you're looking for speed this is not the place.

Worst Walgreens in history. I know that walgreens is usually terrible but this place is exceptional at being the worst pharmacy ever.

They need to fire every single person working behind the pharmacy counter. The amount of unorganization is unprofessional. Each month it takes me days to fill my prescription. You call in, wait on hold for 30 min. When they answer so.eone tells you a time they will have it ready. When you show up it's either not filled or they tell you to come back in an hour, more than often its the next day. They will spi. You in circles telling you lies. Not to mention they each have an attitude. They do t even deserve a star at all.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I would recommend becoming a Christian scientist just so you didn't use meds over going and dealing with their debacle!
