I've had a good experience with Wells Fargo when I go. The banker we deal with is efficient and nice and competent. They usually have same or next day appointments.

Usually the people here are nice but some of the staff need an attitude check. I went in to deposit a paycheck and the girl was making small talk, and she asked where I work. When I told her, her attitude immediately changed and she proceeded to call out my manager and coworkers by name and talk about how she used to work with them and how much she hates everybody there. My service from then on was short and borderline rude. Totally inappropriate.

Worst POS bank in ever dealt with by far! They have a manager named Stephanie who hangs up on us and were not even arguing. She lied straight to our face and when we called her out on her lie she got more mad and hung up on us over the phone. I highly recommend not ever using this bank and just avoid it at all costs. They are liers and I had to call and make a formal complaint at the corporate level. Just don't go it's not worth your time.

I went in today to setup a direct deposit from my account to my parents account at BECU. I met with the banker, who happened to be the branch manager Dylan Phan. He explained to the me only way to facilitate a account transfer was through bill pay. After going through the process- that he didn't seem entirely familiar with himself- I explained that it all seemed very complicated and asked if there was any way to just set up a direct deposit like a business account. He told me there wasn't and was increasingly irritable, he then told me I should go to BECU to see if they could help me. I was flustered to be dismissed in such a way and grabbed my stuff to leave- visibly annoyed. As I left his office he said, under his breath, "nice attitude". I turned to back and said, "excuse me?!", he then said, "would you like me to close your account?". I was literally dumbfounded to be not only threatened with terminating my account but also treated so rudely by someone who is supposed to 'help' customers. I left his office saying that I have been a customer for 10+ years and couldn't believe the treatment as he loudly continued to proclaim across the branch, "HAVE A GOOD DAY SOPHIA!". I have never been so embarrassed and disrespected by a company that is supposed to help me. Apparently 11 years plus with a bank means nothing, as Dylan Phan clearly showed today.

I was helped by a teller named Olytha. She was so unprofessional and extremely rude! I would recommend never to be assisted by her!

Be aware of the Secret Fee!! The reason I write this review because I want to help all new business owner that don't know where and how to start with your business account. I had Wells fargo for my business and I am so disappointed for the fee and the contract that they didn't make it clear for me when I was signed up. The business consultant ( Jayson) is very nice and helpful, when I called him about the problem in my account, he always help me and make everything better. But the merchant consultant wasn't clear and wasn't helpful at all. when I have some question about my merchant account and need help and I gave them a call and left a voice mail what I need help but they never return my phone call at all. I don't know how that happen. when i signed up with the Merchant account and the leasing they were not make it clear about the contract. Now I just find out that I have 3 years contract with the merchant account and I 4 years leasing. so I have to pay $ 500 for the merchant account fee for closing account and $1200 for the leasing. So Please be aware for that, I wish I have someone tell me about this bank system. I never disappointed like this time. you can find a better deal with the merchant account and merchant machine leasing.
