I would give zero stars if I could,I think there’s new owners or something but the guy with glass is always talking on the phone.The customer service is terrible, no one acknowledges you. It’s getting so bad to the point.
It’s I drive to the other 7eleven that’s more out my way,just to avoid the terrible customer service.

It's not just me it's obvious there are other bad reviews about food and customer service. The prices are over then over stores. I can get better foods and more stuff including gas from the mobil gas station across the street vs this rundown store . The people are rude. The store is dirty. It stinks ..the food is never cooked properly. And the employees are rude and don't speak very good English. Where's ICE when you need them.

This store is ridiculous!! I love 7 eleven. And I just recently moved close to this one, it’s the closest one to my house, and I have never had a good experience here. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt after a couple bad experiences, but I’m so done with this place I’ll pay more across the street or drive an extra mile to the next one. They always say cash app is closed no matter what time it is. I went there at 12:30 am and they were closed funny I thought they were open 24 hours. Last week I paid for my things and realized I forgot something, it was a lighter I think something that they had to get for me, he acted like I was asking way too much of him I said fine I will get it somewhere else! But I shouldn’t have to, they’re lazy and rude and pretty much just do whatever they want. I have worked in customer service for 30 years and would never treat a paying customer the way they do. Might be time for some new employees to get some of their business back. Doesn’t seem like there’s very many good things people are saying on here.

I go to this 7-Eleven often. Today 06/19/2024 around 12pm I stopped for a Diet Pepsi and a large cup of ice. When I went to the cash register the male Indian cashier decided to mock and insult me. If that cashier does not like LGBT customers then maybe he shouldn't be working in a position that deals with the general public and people from all walks of life. I will not be coming to this 7-Eleven again. will be spending my money elsewhere.

This 7 Eleven has one very rude cashier with a bad attitude to customers when I went inside here to buy a lottery ticket this rude idiot cashier guy said to me can I see your ID and I said why and he said to me I have to check everybody ID if you buy lottery tickets so I went to grab my ID and he said thank you and that really piss me off and I told him my age in a rude way and I left ?. Putting more stress on the customers ?. At age 18 or over you are not required to show your ID if you buy lottery tickets he thinks he own this country he needs to get a different job seriously ?.

Prices here are more than the 7-11 on steilacoom Blvd and the one on the corner of 100th and lakewood Drive. their monster energy drinks are 3 for 8.99, and the 8 is a generic sticker that looks like they put it on without corporate approval. they didn't have the deals up for ghost energy drinks either. I checked prices on some other items before I walked out, and they were also different. won't be wasting my money here when I can continue up the road 30 seconds and spend less at the same company.

7-11 Lost a star because their "solution" to asking your opinion, is a preformatted poll. Which isn't really a solution. It's a stat collector for stats that can be twisted to back any viewpoint. The location I am reviewing is a franchise operation and not a corporate store, however it does reflect upon the whole chain of all 7-11 stores.The store I visited for this review. We crowded in a "horder" sense of crowding. Product stacked and stored out on the floor, thus making it harder to get around. Narrow aisles. Very little room to walk or maneuver. It looks old. It is old enough to look dingy and dirty even if it's clean. The "fresh" food items looked like they had been sitting out for a little too long. We we're not going to take the chance, although we wanted some of the items to eat. The plus side was their saving grace that got them as high a rating as I have given. That was their selection of soda pops from the fountain. The fact they had Diet Dr Pepper and Diet Sprite. They had a wider range of flavors to choose from than other 7-11's. Plus they had more diet/sugar free options available. This was their one saving grace.

Love going to the local 7 11 by my job. They always greet me when I come in and snacks are always fresh
