I got 3 Arizona's (2 green teas, 1 sweet tea) I paid through the app the transaction went through I walk up to the cash register and showed him the transaction and went to leave but he told me to wait so I showed it to him again and said we don't do that here even though is address and i told him to look up the transaction number but he said no and wanted me to buy it again even though I bought it he was being so rude to me then another employee came up to me and i told him everything and they started talked to each other in their language but the cash register said no and looked away told him that its already paid for and wouldn't let me leave and other worker had to call the manager to ask what to do and finally let me leave after 3 minutes and told me to not to do this again?! this store has really bad management and the cashier was very rude and need to be fired or trained correctly.

The owner was yelling at us about throwing away dirty cups. Update to new experience. There was a damaged yogurt cup in the shelf's and we told an employee. He grabbed it asked what's wrong with it and put it back on the shelf after we said it was broke

Food NOT in box
No gloves I got really sick eating here.
Don't eat here took two sick days.
This only cares about selling old @#$food..
I didn't receive a comment from management that said they needed more information. It's pretty simple. Go back and look at the cameras when your employees are not wearing gloves, handling food, coughing on their hands, very personal places they scratch and itch and then handling food food's not covered correctly.
This is a definite place. Pierce county health department should put them on the radar! 🚮

They will and do refuse service with military ID. The manager was a tool and refused to read, or couldn’t read my birthdate.

I used to love this location. It had great staff, and kept things stocked. Now with this new management, things are barely stocked, staff at night is careless, and they shut down stations (like the Coffee station) down at 6:30pm regularly. They tell me they shut things down early so night crew doesn't leave it for the day crew. It seems to me like the company doesn't care about their customers as much as the previous management did.

The worst 7-11 ever I got a nerds gummy and it was a funny smell and me and my friends were having a headache from the candy and my friend that was in my class almost passed out and it gave me a bad breath and it didn't show the date where it's expired and it was the worst experience

I had an unpleasant situation a few days ago on this 7 eleven. I've come to this 7 eleven for a year now. But days ago an employee was being disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I asked her a couple of times how much was some stuff on the counter because their was no price on it. At first I thought she didn't hear me(understandable) so I repeated myself loud and clear and respectfully and she still avoided my question, i know she was avoiding me because when i asked her on the THIRD time she just looked at me and then proceeded to avoid me. I felt uncomfortable and unhelped and confused . So i just left the store with my kids that day and bought nothing. I've never had a problem when buying at this 7 eleven but this time was difficult. I have also recommended many of my coworkers to this 7 eleven these past weeks because of the delicious surpees and the great deals! and because is the nearest 7-Eleven from our work place! I don't think i will keep on recommending more people to this 7-eleven because i dont want them to face an unpleasant situation like mine and feel unhelp and ignored for no good reason! You guys gotta keep an eye on this this employee! Her behavior is detrimental, UNPROFESSIONAL, and disrespectful. I asked many 7-eleven customers to help me figure out her name and her name is lovelin or lovelene. ANY number I can call and report this?
