Kim is absolutely amazing. I love Sheree, Kristina, Brynn, Dennis, even the new Indian employees are great. Kim has made this feel like my home town corner store. 6 years of living in Steilacoom, I won’t get gas or any random necessities anywhere else.

Dude was slow and rude when i asked for a receipt, Im tired of the assumption of needing a receipt for making sure i dont get overcharged, i need them for budgeting im tired of the stuck up attitude of 7-11 employees.

Late night owner Indian man, really upset me when I asked to go half with my partner on the tab he did not do as I asked and the customer service was not as up to pair as it normally is. No one’s asking for you to go out your way but the basic customer service skills.also got double charged for an item. Called but couldn’t understand him well enough. Get your receipt..

Went to get some adult drinks 10 minutes before 2, and the doors were locked. When I said I wanted to get a couple of drinks before the cut-off, he just closed the door. I'm not getting ANYTHING from here.

Rude and prejudice customer service to me and my family tonight. We come so often for snacks and spend about $40-60 a purchase. The Indian man that works nigh time attitude is trash. I asked to go half-and-half on a bill with my partner, but he did not listen, and did what he wanted. When asked for a bag and charged for one he didn't want to bag my order up. Just do better on your customer service, also got charged twice for a item. Called but couldn't full understand what he was saying.
