Love stephanie, She’s always finding a way to light up someone’s day. She’s always got a bright smile on her face while working. Great customer service!

A nice lady named Stephanie helped us out with replacing the cheese, etc right before her break which I really appreciated. This is one of the cleanest 711's we've been to.

Their bathroom is not available even to paying customers. There are people out front asking for money in front. I filled my tank with gas and then went in to use the bathroom. I was told I could not use it, in fact it was blocked off by a metal cart and locked. I moved the cart and when i felt thw door was locked i ask for a key. It was then the young man told me i could not use it. I was at the 7 11 near the skateboard park in lakewood. My family had also just bought snacks for the kids before going to the park.

I felt like I was invisible coming up to counter to purchase my items. As a person who is white I felt like the cashier (African american woman) was a bit rude talking to customers behind me very loud never saying hi to me like I wasn't there. Talking to her fellow people of color not a word to me as customer standing right in front of her. No receipt either or I would have had her name. She worked today though so maybe management can find her. Absolutely rude!! Didn't feel welcomed whatsoever!!

I totally understand not being able to find a babysitter and having to work….. but at least control your child if they must come to work with you. Mom dressed for a beach bbq and daughter just out of control. Just a hot mess. Luckily the other two cashiers were professional and prompt.

When you try to call the store, they answer the phone and immediately hang up. The older white lady is so rude and lazy. She cuts the pizzas into 12 slices so she doesn't have to make them as often. She will absolutely REFUSE to do her job AT ALL and will sellnfood WAY passed the time marked on sticker of when it should be sold. They had a deal with 3 taquitos and a monster energy drink for 4 dollars. Signs everywhere VERY clear. Man tried to charge me 12 dollars. Then argued with me. Eventually I had to leave and go to another location. Later that day he apologized finally admitting he was wrong but it was too late then. False advertisement is ILLEGAL. This location was good when it was ran by corporate. Now it's privately owned and the WORST customer service ever. Wish I lived next door to a different location.

I frequent 7-Elevens because I enjoy their coffee and snacks, and I buy lottos here. With that said, of all the 7-Elevens I have been to, this one is definitely one of the best, not only because it's one of the brand new 7-Elevens around but they have everything stocked and organized every time I come here (and I have been here several times already : )). The clerks are very friendly and chill (and actually ALL 7-Eleven clerks are super chill in my opinion). The coffee is so good, always hot and fresh, and I love 7-11 seasonal lattes like Peppermint Bark Mocha and Pumpkin Spice latte. This 7-11 has great selection and stock of beer with great deals and they have big cases too so you can actually come here for your game day beer and chips instead of going to larger grocery stores. The gas station stalls are well maintained and the best aspect about this location is very convenient to get in and out from both directions of the street whether you're on Steilacoom Blvd or Bridgeport Way.Last but not least, just a quick shout out to all 7-Eleven employees because its tough job to keep a 24-hour store clean and well stocked and I really appreciate that!!!Pro tip: Download 7-11 app (or you can sign up online) for 7-11 reward points. Every time you come to the store, you can use phone number to get points which will you get free coffee and snacks! : )

I stop here with my son most morning before I drop him off at daycare. The staff love to see him and he cannot wait to come say hi. The store is maintained very well and usually stocked with fresh food. The employees here recommended I download the app. Nine times out of ten I would never do so. But I did and believe me I am glad. The amount of rewards you receive per purchase is far ahead any other stores rewards program. Just annoying it has to be pushed through the app and you never know what data they are taking from you.I think it's every 7th cup of coffee is free and they typically have temporary boosts for points for products they are selling. The mobile pay on the app is also really simple to use. Just scan the barcodes with your phone and link your card. Ot provides a QR code once you purchase that you scan next to the door. Usually it chimes and says "Thank you, for using 7/11 mobile pay". It's really nice to skip the line if you are in a rush yourself. But the staff work hard and are friendly. I appreciate them for putting up with my grumpiness!

A go-to during the work week. We’ll stocked and very friendly staff compared to other 7-elevens and c-stores in the area. On Thursday a male cashier (4p hour) was running both registers to keep the line moving and even wished me a “Happy Pride Month”. Never have I ever had a cashier wish me a Happy Pride, a simple statement/ act but so much more as LGBTQIA2S+ people face over 525 pieces of state legislation to limit their rights. Would recommend and will return.

I am again so disappointed in management. There has been ongoing issues with cashier Devin, being rude, very loud and interruptive to multiple customer and staff. The last issue was as inappropriate as him approaching my 15 year old daughter while she was alone in the store, sharing his personal thoughts. I've spoken to several lead employees and most recently Kelly (for the 3rd time) her excuse is that he is autistic. Although I've already been personally aware of his condition, bc I deal with autistic people on a daily basis and have extended grace to him it was her lack luster excuse as though people with disabilities are incapable of appropriate conversation and customer service. If this young man needs coaching it needs to be offered and supported. As I was communicating these concerns with her there was no eye contact nor interaction besides her continuing to wipe her counter. Which leads me to feeling like the problem reaches further than simple cashier retraining. This store is nice but leaves much to be desired in the 30 seconds of customer service it takes to cash out. Do better.
