Overcharged me $800 for a promo that never hit my account. Took my iPhone 12 too & did not get any help for something their store did. Got on phone with 611 & corporate & the ābestā they could do was credit $230. Absolutely ridiculous customer service for an extremely large business. Left the store & switched to Verizon immediately.

Thought I was going to give a good review because I thought Daniel was honest and did what I asked until I talked to customer service after leaving the storeā¦. Long story shortā¦.. I went in for ONE wireless line & to see about possibly getting internetā¦. SIX HOURS later no joke, I left the store with TWO wireless lines: one with a āfree iPhone 15ā & one with a āfree Samsung A15ā & no internetā¦.. but I had to prepay over $500 due to down payments to start the account (which makes no sense now considering the phones were āfreeā) they attempted to charge my card over 35x from what my bank told me which they did because their āsystem was not workingā (which froze my account for 2 days). Within 24 hrs I started to receive emails from ATT Business Wireless with copies od a ābusiness account contractā they opened in my name WITHOUT my approval.
NEVER ONCE was a business account ever even mentioned nor would I ever have approved one!
So I immediately called and spoke with corporate who told me I do not have two linesā¦.. I have a total of SIX lines with multiple installment plans one of which is for a missing iPhone I never received nor wanted!!!
Best part is AFTER they ran my credit card for the purchase at the original transaction the rep handed my card back with no receipt to which I asked for my receipt and they told me they couldnāt give me a receipt it would be emailed to meā¦.. I started getting mad but what could I do he already charged my card? And his manager was there the entire time confirming what he was telling me. So now I have no receipt because who knows what email he sent it to it wasnāt mine cause I never got it and corporate shows no payments made at the store by me!!!!!!
Iāve emailed and tried to get in contact with the store but never get a returned call or email. Iām filing fraud charges against this store with corporates help because this is outrageous! And the worst part is I really thought this kid that helped me was a good kid and I was going to try to help him out after hearing his story but after this no way in hell!

Iāve given this AT&T location two chances, and both visits were disappointing. Most recently, I went in when there was only one customer being helped. There were two employeesāboth of whom chose to sit with that one customer, even as myself and another person walked in and waited. The second employee never acknowledged us, never stood up to offer help, and just continued sitting there. After waiting for a while with no greeting or assistance, we left and went to a different AT&T location where we were helped right away. I wonāt be returning to this store.

Don't waste your money buying their internet service just spend the s*** ton of money Xfinity or any other place will want you to pay it is worth it if you want actual Wi-Fi that's reliable and not going to just randomly go out because of a cell tower issue and then they'll refuse to fix your internet for over a week and then when your internet finally does come back on it'll break the very next day leaving you unable to complete essential tasks

Had same experience ask Derek sean.walked nobody says anything to not even a hi.there were 5 people there 2 employees with one customer. A couple walked out seemed annoyed walking out a gentleman waiting there for 2o mins I know because I asked how long he had been waiting..Iam annoyed at this point because I see the other 3 people just there putting deal signs up or something. While the gentleman and I just wait to someone to acknowledge us.so never going back there!!!!!! Neither should you

It really depends on who is working at this location - on what type of actual help you receive. One day, Jacob was great - 5 stars. Albeit, he made errors that created a triple-bill for my account. So I walk BACK into this location weeks later, and got ZERO assistance. These ladies were not motivated to do much but tell me to call customer service. My experience with customer service is a 2.5 hour wait or 2.5 hour call with Loyalty - which I had to invest in to solve my own problem. I really want retail locations to utilize person-to-person assistance and customer service more.

We pulled up to the store today, was supposed to be open, not a holiday⦠Even google said they were open from 10am - 8pm⦠We walked up doors were locked, lights off in the building. Really disappointed as this was an emergency visit because of some last minute travel plan needs. Be open when youāre supposed to be.

I visited the AT&T store in Lakewood, WA, 30 minutes after opening, only to find the doors locked. I called the store number and spoke with an employee who informed me that the manager was on duty but must be busy in the back. I was advised to wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to finish whatever they were doing. This is unacceptable for a store that should be open and ready to serve customers. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect for customersā time.
