Was brought to this shop after someone already messed up my system horribly, they were MORE then reassuring and helpful towards me, they walked me through and showed me everything they would be fixing and answered every question and concern I had, iv had a lot of systems put in multiple cars & this place was by far the best. I highly recommend them. Customer service was impeccable, they were great to do business with!!!

These guys were great! I have had many systems installed over the years, from many different companies and although not cheap, they went above and beyond to make sure the sound I was after was achieved. Very personable and I will be returning and recommending their services. Thank you!

Was told by the guy on the phone he didn't have time for my questions because I was asking about a more optioned model and told I was shopping around and I was taking time away from his customers. I was then lied to about the maximum range in an effort to upsell me to a more expensive unit. The 3305 avital has a maximum range of 1500 ft but I was told on the phone it was only 500. Id rather go back to best buy before using audio tech.
