My car stalled outside the WSECU bank and couldn’t shift the transmission.l looked up on YouTube on how to fix it and l needed to a tool to unlock it. I walked to the Auto zone shop to buy a screwdriver.l tried to fix it but it didn’t work.later l thought about exchanging to a longer screwdriver for it work.
This time l meant a staff named Ricoh and told him what l was trying to fix, l didn’t know that he was just about to clock out.Ricoh offered to help me fix the problem and it took him almost 11/2 hours.
It’s true the world is full of good people if you are one!!

The manager Justin & Ember went above and beyond to help me with replacing my battery key,it was tedious & hard ,they took the time to assist & fix the problem! I'm so glad I went to this AutoZone ☺️Will definitely go back & support a great helpful staff!

I had an issue with my vehicle losing power, so I stopped by AutoZone for help few weeks ago. The customer service was outstanding, especially from Anie, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She recommended a fuel additive, which I used while refueling — and it made a huge difference. My car ran much better after that. Anie also gave me great advice on the right oil and filter for my car. Overall, the staff were friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this AutoZone location.

Had both of my break lights go out at the same time somehow and I was really happy to see that I still had 25 minutes before they closed so using proper hand signals I drove there as fast as the speed limit would allow just to get there to a locked front door. I called and a man answered with the normal greeting, I asked him about the door being locked and my absolute need of 2 bulbs for my breaks and the fact that I still have almost 20 minutes left based on their hrs of operation posted on the front door, website, and probably a bunch of other places. He very polity said yah sorry we're closed but you can go to any of our other locations if you hurry......
I gotta be honest, I understand that if you Have done almost no sales in a day and think it's more profit to close a 1/2 hour early. Than it is to stay open with no customers for half hour. I get that, but to have not just me but 2 other customers Pull up, ready to come in and purchase something A very good reason to decide. You made a mistake and open the doors back up. How much money did you possibly? Just miss from 3 customers and who's to say. I didn't want to purchase something else after the light bulbs. Either way, I'll be doing my shopping elsewhere if possible. And just use autozone as a backup. I guess if all else fails use them. But I thought it was really lame and very disappointing that I had to risk being pulled over because they just didn't wanna take in more profit or money. Kinda crazy, you'd think wonder if the owners know. How much money day potentially missed out on tonight from 3 customers who knows possibly more by now. I can't be the only one that gets off work late sometimes.

I went there to buy light bulb for my truck. Sales person named Dacoda came out and helped me put it on my truck with great servicemanship. He was courteous, personable, and professional. I hope all the employees at Autozone are as professional as Dacoda to make customers feel happy and satisfied. Thumbs up Dacoda!!???

This Lakewood location always been helpful and friendly .i been coming here years They are always willing to help you or try to get your car questions correct . Today a nice worker helped me confirm if I had any car issues. Before going on a long road trip. Highly recommend this locations. 10 stars.

There was a young guy that was part time being he was also military. He went above and beyond helping my dad put in a taillight and checked the fuses and everything. Name started with a g wearing a hoodie. Very respectful well mannered. He should get a raise!!!!!!!

This happened on April 29, 2024. My DieHard AGM battery went dead 30 days left before warranty expires so I took it to this store where I bought it. The employee in that store told that he needed to charge it overnight and would test it if it's actually dead before he could replace it. I came back the next day and I was told the battery is fully charged but I told them to test the voltage and show me. He tested it again but did not show me the result rather told me "if it's going to make you happy, I'll go ahead and replace your battery". What kind of customer service is that? Why don't they just tell me that the battery is dead and they'll replace it, huh! As soon as I got my battery replacement I walked out and told myself I am not buying anything from this store ever!

They are good at finding what parts you need for your vehicle. The guy at the register seems to be getting annoyed with me asking different questions about which wiper blade I should use.
