“Thursday afternoon my cars drive belt broke and I was able to limp it into the O'Reilly's parking lot and the next morning I came back and I believe the manager (I think his name was Shane) was so nice blessing me with his knowledge and ran the OBD2 to find out what codes were there, printed out the diagnostic report and most important he let me keep the car there!! It's managers and people like Shane that Oreillys can use more of!!”

“I stopped in to ask if I could borrow a battery tester because my light was on. They were close by. My battery died as soon as I shut the car off. My alternator was bad and I knew this as I had just left the repair shop. These guys were more than willing to help me out and get me on the road back home. Very good place to do business with and I was impressed with the customer service. 10/10

“Went there tonight as I was running out for groceries and my car said my 3-year old key fob battery was low so I asked if they had the battery I needed and they did. Then asked if they had a flathead screwdriver and could help me open the key fob to replace. Without a pause the gentleman behind the counter smiled and started working on it, rang me up and I felt so much better knowing I would not have to worry about this!! Great customer service here!! Thank you and I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!!”

“I have had troubles with auto parts stores in the past being an older woman. Early this week I was hesitant to go inside but I was greeted immediately by one of the employees named xy. She was more than happy to help me find what type of oil I needed for my van. I have trouble walking and she even went outside to make sure I got the right type and offered to put it in for me. Thank you for your positive attitude and compassion! I will be returning to this location.”

“Pat is amazing. We had one of our wipers malfunction in the middle of sudden rainstorm. Pat came out and fixed it for us right quick. So kind of him for going above and beyond his job description. Pat is very kind employee and literal lifesaver. Without Pat assistance we would have been stuck with handicapped person and a screaming toddler until the storm stopped. So if your looking for auto parts and like shopping where the employees treat you with compassion and aren’t just looking for the sale then 10/10 recommends o’reillys on pac Ave. thank you so much Pat.”
“A lot of us probably forget about this place as I oftentimes have, but if you're looking for obscure batteries, bulbs, or chargers, this place can generally get what you need. I've been able to get scooter battery, chargers for marine batteries, watch batteries and more!”
“First time at this location on 3/7/26, car died, needed a battery apparently and wanted the alternator checked. This place was extremely busy! Their manager not only checked what I needed, he installed my battery for me. I get that this is a service that the store offers, but he was kind, professional and did not make me feel like a bother on an already busy day with a line 15 people deep and down 2 employees that day. I unfortunately failed to remember his name, but he is the manager. So in hopes that his direct supervisor and or above sees this; He is a stellar representation of your company and I hope you recognize the value that he brings to this location and company name. “Bill was so helpful and a lifesaver ! He walked me through the whole process of changing my ignition coil and spark plug. Gave me all the pieces I need and walked me through the steps, even came out and marked the correct spark plug I need to change. I was able to do everything myself with zero mechanical experience.
