I have been coming here for many years. The owners, while hard to understand, are friendly. I find that if you treat people kindly, then generally you will get that kindness returned to you. (Some of these other people that are reviewing would not be nice, and that is when they can get mean.)I have always been treated with respect when I would come in, if the price they offered was more than I was willing to pay, I would make them a reasonable counter offer. Sometimes they would say yes, and if not, that was okay. There is ZERO reason to get snippy with someone over their business model.I have also donated equipment that was at my house, and they have always taken it. Sometimes they question my wife where on earth I get some items, she tells them I am an eccentric pack rat. They smile and go about their day. Seriously, if you need some parts for something, it cannot hurt to go here. Be kind and it will always be returned to you.

Website says $15 fee for AC units. I called to verify and it's $15. Then I get to the drop off and am charged double that.

I tried taking my broken refrigerator and air conditioner to another recycling facility, but they wouldn't take them since they weren't EPA-licensed and they didn't follow the new regulation, etc. I called all over and eventually located a recycling facility. It is called Better PC Recycling, and the owner can accept my refrigerator and a/c that aren't working.(The owner has epa license)Just $25 for each ac and refrigeratorThe other place wanted to charge me $50 for each unit.

I really like coming here because it’s a huge warehouse full of pretty much any electronic you need. I’ve purchased a keyboard, an lcd, a noise & a motherboard but honestly you can find so much more it’s huge! The most recent item I’ve purchased for a really affordable price is surveillance cameras.Worth checking out before paying full price!

I've been going to Better PC for over 10 years now; from buying a laptop in my college days to purchasing an entire desktop & printer. Over the years they have fixed my laptop several times and I expect to receive quality service. They go above and beyond every time. I don't know what I would do without them!

Went to get a 450w psu and the lady said they were 10 dollars for a 400w and 20 for a 500w. Found a 450 and wanted to charge me 20 dollars for it because it had a "special" 8 pin plug that nearly every power supply in the last 10 years has had. When i tried to argue it wasn't special she ripped it out of my hand and put it behind the counter and told me to leave for being mean.

Very short and didn't even know the prices on his products, when I gave him an off of $40 on a used item that retails at $70 new he said no and that was after he said he didn't know how much it costs in the prior conversation. Seems like he's waiting for it to close down to be honest.

Older man was very short with me. Had flat screen tv that works but has a problem. Wanted to charge me $10 to drop off. Went to Elections Store on 54th Washington St. Very nice and smiled as there was no charge. Hope they get a good price for it.
