I was there 3 days ago to pick up an order my mom had made online for pick up. When I realized my order wasn’t showing the correct amount of items I chose to go in and speak to someone in person just to see what was going on. I approached Ladena and she at first seemed nice but quickly her tone changed when I tried showing her screenshots of my order. She started raising her voice at me and getting agitated. She refused to look at my screenshots kept telling me I probably ordered from another store. Then proceeded to be loud about personal information like payment information for everyone at the register and in line to hear no sense of privacy at all. Then proceeded to tell another worker if he could come up and explain it to me differently because clearly I didn’t understand her at all. It had nothing to do with understanding her she refused to listen to me or even try to help me figure out what was going on. She was very condescending and rude.when I asked to speak to someone above her she told me she was the manager of the store. Her tag stated she was a shift lead. I worked in retail and would have never treated a customer the way she treated me. I will never enter this store again and I’ll make sure to let others know to avoid it as well. That woman was clearly on a power trip and needs some serious retraining.

I ordered a couch that was deliver from this store and while it was wrapped in plastic, it came ripped and covered in cat food! This is how they’re keeping their items? Disgusting! I ordered online and this is where the couch came from. I’ll pay attention next time where the delivery will be from because this is not acceptable.

This afternoon my daughter went in to pick up some totes that I ordered for her that she needed. I ordered a total of seven totes, when she got to the place she realized that the email stated there were only two totes that were being picked up. so she decided to get off the car and go in the store and see what happened. She Approached one of the workers who claims that her name is Ladeena {unsure of the spelling) . My daughter called me via FaceTime because there were issues with the order. As we were trying to discuss this with. There she became agitated, and basically told us we needed to deal with any type of refund issues with the bank. We didn’t have a problem with picking up only two of the totes, but we wanted to show her that we indeed had ordered a total of seven. This worker continued to insist that she only had two on her side that we had only ordered two and that maybe we needed to take it up with our bank. I let her know we ordered it through Klarna we just Totes if there was a way to go ahead and push that order through. Again, she continue to be agitated and didn’t want to help us. I finally told her to go ahead and cancel that order. There was no reason for the attitude, and she continued to give my daughter attitude, even though my daughter spoke with her calmly. She continued to speak loudly in front of other customers about how we paid. How she did her job and that attitude just continued. At that time I asked to speak with a manager, and she stated she was the manager, so there was nobody else for us to talk to. She was not the manager. She was a shift leader, from how she ended up correcting herself, I believe.. I live in California or I would have went out there myself to pick up the totes and to pay for them. I use a lot of delivery services as well as pick up for my daughter and her family when I purchase things. But again I will not be working with big lots again from this store, I will also be making a phone call to corporate as well as to speak with the store manager at this location.

Had an interview December 27, 2023 with one of the Managers named Dennis. Awesome guy and all around approachable. After the interview he expresses how well the interview went and proceeds to tell me to give a call or come by the store the following Wednesday so I can meet Roger and follow up on the interview. As i got off my original job January 3, 2024 I decided to walk in and do the follow up. After one rep calls up the Manager for me, who she stated was Justin, i waited patiently and ended up getting approached by a Store rep who didn't mention her name and she stood at an angle where I couldn't read her full name, but I believe it was Stephanie. She gave off an annoyed look and just stood there. I explained why I was there and was told that Big Lots was not hiring. I expressed what was stated to me by Dennis to which she basically ignores and tells me to just call next Monday...I appreciate Dennis but I told her after that interaction that I was no longer interested, especially when I'm treated in the manner as if I'm some recurring nuisance in the store.

Believe it or not! Only my 2nd time in a Big Lots!! Melissa greeting me and such a polite friendly lady!! Great Customer service. I'll be back!!!!

I received a coupon in the mail that turned out to have already been used by someone else.The store said they wouldn’t accommodate me in any way.Letting people know not to trust anything from Big Lots!I won’t be shopping at Big Lots! again.

One of those places where you get a large selection of many items from food to furniture. We go here off and on. Area ok and plaza offers lots of choice.

I shop here most of the time for shampoo conditioner and personal hygiene products. It's cheaper than Safeway but closer than Walmart. They are very friendly. And the store is clean. I just don't go in at the beginning of the month.

Most unorganized, dirtiest store I’ve ever been in. The pricing of many things is unclear! There is random stuff but nothing you’re looking for!! Super disappointed. So much stuff all over the floors you couldn’t get a cart pushed around with out an item getting caught under your wheel. I don’t know who manages this store but they should be fired !!!
