Worst customer service ever. I went there to try to fix my hotspot and also buy another phone. As soon as she saw me coming in and that I was black she started acting weird and she was giving me an explanation and politely I told her that I wasn’t getting what she was saying. The girl literally told me that she is not speaking Spanish and she told me she was refusing to give me service and p Kicked me out.

6 years using boost mobile ase 1 year my cell phone was damaged I went to change it and they told me that I had a very good Motorola it was over 300 by the way I felt it was very expensive and today my cell phone was damaged and I went to see what offers they have For me as an old client and they tell me that it only applied for old cell phones that I could get an I phone 11 cell if I get a new Linia and that in 3 months I come back so they can put my current number on the I phone, meaning I have to pay another extra Linia and That new people who change to their company give it to them without any problem for only 145 dollars and they give it to me for 170 dollars because I am an old client I just said ok I'm changing companies

Lost my phone. Went to Boost Mobile to check phones out. The young lady that helped me was awesome. After she pulled up my information, she says "oh my, with a smile, that is a very old phone." She took care of me. New phone, and I was on way.
