i am very impressed. the pharmacist helped me get my daughters prescription after another location failed to do so and put a rush on it to help me and my daughter to which i am so beyond thankful for.

Went in to get some 2x2 pictures printed for id photos but ended up getting the picture on a 5x7 paper. when I asked if they could be cut down to the right 2x2 size i ordered the associate said they would not cut it. Was disappointing that I had to pay the passport photo price 17 dollars but did not get the 2x2 size cutout.

Pharmacy lost my script on a sunday and my doctor office is closed. 2 days earlier i was told it would br filled on Sunday. Such poor business.

10/27/25 1:28pm I was turned away from getting a perscription because the “system” shuts down for lunch I know this is bull crap not to mention how unprofessional. There was 2-3 customers in line already and I’m turned away with two employees holding the gates waiting for the time so they can quickly shut it and rush out. I’m so sick of this treatment from CVS Pharmacy as if they have a deadline every day for this specific time and can’t move it by even a minute either way. Lunch for employees is a state requirement by law not something that can’t be skipped but can be moved around.

The worst pharmacy in the world. Even being handheld by the patient, the doctor, AND the insurance company, they can’t figure out how to fill a simple prescription, preferring to make people go weeks without their meds. The employees in the pharmacy seemingly can’t figure out, with the brain power of the whole staff, how to do one job.

Every time we have had to use this pharmacy they seem to never have our prescriptions ready!!! We always end up having to park for 30 min-1hr or they misplace our prescriptions. They truly need a better organization system and management all together

I was recently connecting with a Male pharmacist in this location to get my medication refill. As I was talking to try to get my prescription refill, he became hostile and made me really uncomfortable while interacting with him on the phone. He started yelling at me, then hanged up the phone on me. I tried to talk to the store manager to get this situated but the staff told me me that the store manager was on a break and will be back Wednesday? The customer service I received from both the Pharmacists and staff was subpar at best as neither seemed to care about my concerns.
