I am on numerous cardiac medications in addition to many others. due to my ever changing condition my medications are frequently being changed. all the medications must be given through a feeding tube so it is necessary we know whether they come in liquid or can be crushed, due to this special need the RpH Shonna, has been very thorough in going over instructions, catching meds ordered that can't be given by feeding tubes and alerting us to meds that are not compatible due to interactions. She also is helpful in securing the best cost coupon due to the exceedingly high cost of a few of my meds. My wife and I cannot thank her enough!! Even when short staffed she always has a smile and great attitude Despite some very rude and agitated customers.

This pharmacy is terrible. Prescriptions are never filled on time even if they are auto-fill and when you go to pick them up they are never ready. They also never answer the phone!

I woke up with excruciating foot pain at 3 a.m. so I went to CVS for a brace and some pain medication, while there my stomach rumbled and you know, I had to go to the bathroom. Mind you I'm hobbling around in pain so I go back up to the front of the store to ask for the key and the lady working said we lock the doors at night, OK I understand but I just had you take $80 in braces up front for me and I really need to use the bathroom, like I'm a customer and I need to use the restroom, she refused to open the door. If I leave the sanctity of my home to spend my money at your business and I can't use the restroom in an obvious urgent situation I will never shop at another CVS for as long as I breathe. This country has gone to hell in a hand basket and companies treating their customers with this level of disrespect is become common place. Absolutely disgusted with companies that keep the restroom locked and unavailable for customers that need to use the restroom unexpected.

This place is hit or miss, most of the time its not too bad but the pharmacy needs some help. If there is more than 2 people in line it can take forever. For some reason lately there are boxes and boxes piled up in the pharmacy full of prescriptions they haven't taken out. Then they tell people 'its not ready' when you KNOW its in one of those boxes. Sometimes its just one person back there and others, several, but it still takes forever. They need new management.Also, not sure why but the store smells bad, always.

Waited in line for 40 minutes for the staff to close the window on me when I got up there because they were going on lunch. They didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry or attempt to help me. I would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could rate this CVS pharmacy 0 stars, I would. They NEVER answer the phone. It’s always dirty. They are rude. I understand being short staffed however, good customer service is always a must. They take forever to fill URGENT prescriptions.

I am disappointed in their customer service. Horrible and they never have enough people working. Pharmacy drive-up is closed too often because staffing. They are making sick people and disabled people walk inside and wait in a long line rather than keeping the drive-up window open to allow the sick to stay in the cars. Very inconvenient! Please get some more staffing, especially after 3pm.

I typically use the drive thru pharmacy for the ease and convenience. Their hours are good except they do close the pharmacy for lunch between 1:30 - 2pm daily which is kinda lame considering the store is open 24 hours

Just terrible!! Stay far away!! Never had issues with any other pharmacy in my entire life. Incompetent and irresponsible. They don't offer to help when other CVS location does, just might take additional phone call to their supplier to order correct medication which Lakewood CVS wouldn't do. Tacoma CVS is doing it for me. Lakewood CVS filled it with wrong manufacture, also filled it with brand by mistake the other time I went to pick it up. 2 mistakes, one medication. New manufacturer caused side effects so I needed to go back to original manufacturer which I've been getting from CVS for the entire time. I called pharmacist to explain. At first pharmacist said they couldn't take medication back but after I explained that my insurance won't cover another supply she said she would. Oh and this is after they took 7 days to fill the script request I called in and after me calling them 5 days in asking for an update to be told "no one has worked on this yet, we are short staffed". She made me come in in-person before she would reverse the insurance claim, which caused further delay to getting my medication. Then said it will take 2 days to transfer a script because their fax has been broken for 3 weeks. Pharmacist only offered to expedite it after I called her out in person about how 2 days is a delay in access to my medication. They can't fill it there but will take 2 days to transfer it? How is that ethical? These are medications, people's health at stake. Unethical and run around, like other reviews mentioned. I will be making a formal corporate complaint on their customer relations website! Never will go there again! This review is for the pharmacy department only and the pharmacist in charge of these decisions was Shauna.

When I get a Tex message and go to find the medicine, they say there is no medicine and tell me to come next time. When I go to look for medicine, I only look at my cell phone, pay, and then someone else does it. Since when did CVS have such an employee?it seems to be evil Not worth even one star.

They would not tell me if the med I needed was in stock unless I transferred my prescription first. Only place I heard that from ever.

They falsely advertise there 24 hour pharmacy which a hospital referred me to and one of the employees rolled his sleeves up at me like to fight. if the pharmacy isn't open then why is the store. the employees were just standing talking to each other and one was walking around the building smoking who knows what

Everyone loves to complain about short staff. No one is patient or kind most days. Short staffing is nothing new anywhere so get over it. Every time I come here every worker is friendly and will help if I need it. If you have a problem waiting go somewhere else. Be a Karen elsewhere
