Gorgeous panoramic view of Lake Union - and that's as good as it got. I've eaten there at least thirty times over the last twenty years, this was, by far, the worst experience. Mostly it was the waiter, but the restaurant (i.e. mgmt) bears a share of the blame for this poor review. The Waiter - brusque, arrogant, and often rude, he takes my daughter and wife's order of a filet and somehow turns it into the $140 Waygu filet. Fortunately, I caught on to his game and corrected the order. The waiter seemed put out that we wouldn't "put out" for the over-priced Japanese piece of fatty meat. My turn, I ordered a glass of red wine and he insisted I get a bottle. I only drink a single glass with a meal but his look of scorn was evident to all. He did convince my poor wife to order the bottle, then, instead of leaving said bottle on the table, he hid it in the backroom, often forgetting to come by and pour it. When he did come out, it was with a scowl and malice plastered across his heavily bearded face. The Restaurant - we waited 20 minutes before getting a piece of bread despite having a two-year-old at our table. At meal's end, the busboy whisked away my daughter's half-eaten filet before she could ask to take it home - thankfully it wasn't the $140 piece of Japanese fat. Of course, that was her fault for not speaking up. The final insult - an automatic tip of 20% ($120) after a thoroughly poor performance by the restaurant. We've always preferred the Lake Union Daniel's over our hometown Bellevue version because of the ambiance. Now we won't eat at either, may as well do steaks right and go to the Met.

My favorite place to have lunch/dinner and meet friends/family in SLU. Order any of their steak or seafood and you can't go wrong! We started with some calamari and steak strips for appetizers and I had the King Salmon for an entree. Everything was super delicious! I love that the salmon was garnished with pomegranate seed and some potatoes. I didn't care much for the Brussels sprouts, but it was still good. Daniel's Broiler is also a great place to just grab drinks! I had a smoked applewood cocktail tonight that was really good - strong, but good. Vibe here is great and customer service is always excellent!!

This place is exemplary. We were seated right away even though we were 5 minutes late for our reservations. Kelly, our server, is awesome - catered to us with class. I highly recommend the Legendary good eats and services.

The restaurant is located in South Lake Union, and it has a great view. You might see seaplanes taking off and landing. I tried Filet Mignon. It was a good flavor and size. The inside wasn't so noisy and had a nice atmosphere. So I think you can use this restaurant for a dinner with important guests.

Great dinner on the water! BBQ prawns and Popcorn shrimp for appetizer was amazing. Main course 16 OZ ribeye USDA PRIME perfectly seared and flavor town quality! Honestly I never go to steakhouses. I cook them better than most. The 1800 degree broiler has me shopping for a broiler at the house. Wonderful experience!

I've been to a few high-ish end restaurants and this one has to be one of my favorites! I got the popcorn shrimp which I'm not even a huge fan of but theirs was soooo good. For my entree I got a New York steak which was cooked to perfection. So juicy, so tender, and filling. 10/10 would recommend this place! Delicious!

Haven't eaten any food here and I already know I don't want to come in. I called at 7 PM on a Friday to ask how busy the restaurant was. I was looking at bars and restaurants in a 5 minute walking radius to grab a drink at. The person on the other end was so condescending, belittling me and essentially implying that I didn't understand the concept of a reservation by asking the status of the restaurant at that time for a last minute walk in. Hopefully if you go in you're treated with much better service!!

I decided to head here for my birthday last year with a group of six. Food / price The main entree for me was the flight of filet mignon. Unfortunately, I wasn't all too impressed with the execution. I could tell the quality of the meat was there, but for a medium-rare steak, it seemed like it wasn't cooked quite enough, cooked evenly, or flavored very well. I feel like I've managed to make better on my own. For the price I was putting into these, I expected more. The appetizers were great and everyone enjoyed them. Other's main dishes were also great, but again, the price-point was a bit higher than what any of us really expected based on what we got. Service We had a larger party and the service was generally good. I wouldn't say exceptional, but they came by quickly enough most of the time and the wait wasn't extremely long for our food. Atmosphere Just a typical restaurant room with a bit more of a classy vibe and a view of lake union. There wasn't anything that stuck out that made me feel like it was super unique.

Foods were decent, service staffs were terrible. Sat for 10 min, no service, no menu. Went up to request a menu and workers standing by not caring and very nonchalant. Finally after another 5 min they bring the menu. Poor service continues for the entire dinner. Quickly ordered, but took forever to get the food. Then no silverware and had to wait for them to get the silverware. Waited another 15-20 min for them to come back after dinner and asked for the check. For this kind of high pricing, one would expect better service. Not coming back to this place. By the way I think they are a bit racist too. Observed others received service much faster . Then another Asian family few tables over experienced similar bad service.

The crab soup and the ribeye were delicious, and the waiters were friendly. Great spot for a work dinner but pricier and less unique than what I'd normally gravitate towards.

What not to give a star for?! Service 5 stars! Location 5 stars! Food 5 stars! Free parking 5 stars! Free appetizer upon Yelp check in 5 stars!!! Did not hurt that the weather cooperated and we sat outside to enjoy Seattle in all its glory. Service or gratuity is included in the bill which made things easy. Definitely be back for so many reasons one being to use that free appetizer I realized on the way out of the door (which apparently I could have used on the same visit.)

This is my new "Go To" for special occasions! First off, service was AMAZING! I am the worst, I wish I could remember our servers name to give her credit, but she was THE BEST! She put up with my husband and cousin(who both thought they were funny-cracking a joke every time she stopped by), gave us excellent recommendations for our cocktails and our dinner choices. Someone was always at our table either bringing us water, drinks, apps etc. or taking away plates, silverware etc. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice, but not pretentious. The view was gorgeous!! As for dinner itself, again AMAZING! I had the Filet & Lobster, my hubby had the Delmonico and his cousin the Ribeye. The steaks had just the right amount of char on them. They were flavorful and juicy-even cousin Ricky's steak which he requested well-done(sacrilegious I know!). We spoiled ourselves with the chilled appetizer platter-fresh seafood, yum! Salads, sides and dessert. The bill was "holy crap!" but we did go all out that night. I forgot my $100 gift certificate at home that night, but glass half full me says "Yeah! We get to go back to Daniel's again!
