This is the slowest, most unprofessional company of all time. One of them showed up drunk and the other was just complaining about the drunk guy. Showed up an hour late and took 5 hours to load and move a small storage unit. Worst ever.

I hired Ed's moving out of Lakewood, Washington a month ago to move a upright piano and some bedroom furniture less than ten miles. They showed up 20 minutes late, without a lift gate truck for the piano. They dang near lost my piano over the side of the ramp while loading it and I had to help them push it up. The kicker was, as they disassembled our new bed they knocked over the headboard and took two large chips out of each corner. After three weeks of calls to get it rectified they finally told me I could file a claim form... Turns out, when I settled the bill they tricked me and told me to initial "here and here" What I initialed was a clause that pays 60 cents per pound for damaged goods. The headboard weighs about 100lbs so they offered 60 dollars. I went back to Macy's and of course I can't buy just the headboard...To get it right I have to buy the whole bedframe for $1400. These guys are the most unprepared, irresponsible, and reckless movers I have ever had. Coupled with the lack of professionalism or the courtesy to return phone calls. I would not recommend you waste your time or trust your valuables with them. If you do be very careful if they give you the "Initial here and here" routine.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. The office manager Jackie was great with giving me exact details pertaining to my move . The movers that came were very efficient in doing their job , packers handled my belongings with care. I would definitely 100 percent hire this company to pack and move my house again!!!

The worst military move I’ve had in my 21 year career. Driver smelled like a distillery, my sheets, towels, pillows, placemats, and table runners were used as packing material because the company was out of paper. My things have dings and scratches all over. The crates were packed with zero care with wood resting agains wood, bike tires thrown on top of my leather sofa, my mattresses only half boxed (and now they have stains on them from the uncovered half). This company does NOT deserve military business and if you have the choice, run, don’t walk to a different company. THE WORST!!

TOP NOTCH! The most professional, fast and friendly TEAM of movers we have seen during my husband's 25 year Military career (lots of moves)! Special SHOUT out and a BIG thank you to Ed's Moving & Warehouse team members: Brandon, Sean, Steve and Darin!!!! We were unfortunately put in a time jam by a separate company and Ed's team Stepped in and GOT it done! They arrived on time and in only 2 days they packed and loaded our 5 bedroom/ 3.5 bath fully loaded house on time while being extremely careful with all of our belongings! Something else we would like to point out which is a huge compliment, each of the movers took pride in their work and expressed positive attitudes the entire time! That speaks volumes of how a company runs. Thank you again to Ed's Moving & Storage for the only stressless move out we've ever experienced!

I would not recommend this company. Over two years they consistently messed up my billing telling me I hadn't paid my bill when I had. When I found a cheaper mover to move my goods out of state, I paid them $189 warehousing fee to get my things ready. Not only did they lose my sofa but I ended up with other people's things! My coffee table had water damage from the storage and I spent a month sitting on a lawn chair while waiting for them to send my sofa. They refused to refund any of my money. Not a good company to deal with.

Horrible experience! As a former mover myself in a past life I know how long moving should take.

The movers were not equipped with a the tools to do the job and operated in an extremely insufficient manner. Hopefully Ed's Moving & Storage, Inc. will use the money that they overcharged to fix there trucks and hire motivated employees.

I do hope your company loses its contract with the military for moving military members.

They showed up 2.5 hours late, the job was finished and they did a great job, but it was very stressful waiting for them to arrive because I was using them to load a Matson container and we were doing a live load, which means the container truck driver was also waiting for them.

This company has terrible customer service. During the move they broke/damaged three pieces and lost one piece. After multiple telephone calls to both the local and national office and after admitting that the damage was caused by their movers, the company management refused to reimburse for the lose and for the damage prepare. Will NEVER use this company again.
