Please be sure to check your rental agreement. I received a message instructing me to return the car at 12:00pm I'm in the lobby at 11:55am took a few min. To get assisted, I made sure to let them know I was on time to only find out they charged me an additional costs for returning the car 5min late when I was clearly in the location! And don't try calling customer service you're gonna get the run around ( I called 3 times) and the kicker is the local branch instructs you to call customer service. Not a good look at all!

Zachariah was very helpful and was able to find us a car even though there was supposedly a two day wait period. They were most polite and professional. They had us in and out within two hours of check-in. They gave us in briefing and orientation for the Audi, which has quite a few specifications. it was easy to get inside and outside the parking lot. They also have a restroom for the customers.

Took me a while to get this review out here, but I purchased my 2021 Rav 4 through Julz in Dec of 2023. She's amazing at what she does and the whole process went smoothly. I was able to drive my car out the lot the same day I came in. There was an issue with the car , but it was taken care of immediately with the help of Matt and Julz. I would highly recommend purchasing through Enterprise because the experience was just as wonderful as the staff. Shout out to Julz and Matt for helping me with my RAV4!

I just bought a car today from Jules, and holy hell was that such a quick and hassle-free experience! I went in and walked out in a matter of hours with the car I wanted. Jules was friendly, professional, courteous, accommodating, and did everything she could and more to make sure we walked out satisfied!!!

Ask for Briana! She was the best at getting me what I want when I needed it. Such a friendly staff and environment, they really are just looking to help with all your car needs. Manager is also a superb guy, been working there for awhile so he knows his stuff. And of course a military friendly place. Thanks enterprise!

Hassle Free Rental, Booked Online w/No issues. Customer Service was perfect very down to earth staff. There is a $200 deposit for any rental. I received a call prior to my pickup time and was given that information so just a heads up if you don’t have a CC. My Return was quick, Staff Member was polite & funny. When I need another rental I will definitely go back to this Office. Thank You

I had an incredible time buying at car enterprise thanks to Michelle. If you’re going to buy a car there I highly recommend getting one from Michelle ☺️She made the process easy, swift, and you didn’t feel attacked with what the car salesman wanted the whole time. She was easy to talk to, sweet, and found me the best car for MY budget. Really appreciate enterprise and Michelle :)

Don’t choose this location if you’re in a rush to get somewhere.Day 1: Reserved a vehicle for 7:30 am. Sales rep told me I could choose between two vehicles, after getting my toddlers car seat installed in the bigger one, he brings out the tablet to have me pay/sign, not noting that the suv I chose was actually $10 more than the sedan I was originally booked for, so had to unbuckle/remove my toddler and his seat and reinstall, which anyone with a kid knows how much of a hassle that is. On top of the delay with that, the sales rep tells me they didn’t have time to gas it up so it was on E when I got in. Due to having to get gas, didn’t get on the road until after 8:00 am.Day 2: Again, reserved a vehicle for 7:30 am. This time the vehicle wasn’t even on site and the guy at the desk said they were just waiting for it to be delivered from down the street (a 12 minute drive according to him), however, the vehicle didn’t arrive until 8:15 am. Then had to wait for it to be washed/vacuumed so didn’t end up leaving the lot until after 8:30 am, once again making me late for work.Both experiences were poor and I will probably choose Budget/Avis for my rental the rest of the week as we had no delays with them during our last experience and were always in and out with non hassle.

Chris L. really went out of his way to get us in the car we wanted. I was searching for a Prius, and with Tom and Matt's help, they made it happen for me. I highly recommend buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Lakewood. They go out of their way to make the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Justin and Marco were great. Not only were they professional but they were friendly. They explained every step. Damani also walked us through the check out. She’s great too. I made the process extremely smooth. They redeemed my poor experience with another location down the road on 38th with another enterprise. I’ll choose this location for any other rentals.
