Top tier storage facility. I had multiple storage units for 4 years and not one issue. The building manager (sorry, forgot her name) is super helpful and made signing up and out easy. Facility is clean and safe. I will be back to this location if I need another unit in the future. 10/10

Isabelle was extremely polite and courteous and professional. The sign up process was extremely fast and easy and she made sure I understood all the ins and outs of everything. I also appreciated how she was so patient with my son and his million questions for her. I love the prices and the people and the location. I would and will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Isabella was awesome and stayed after hours so I could pick up the keys to my unit. I missed my exit, was running late and was having a crappy day. I needed this small win. Thank you Isabella! Great customer service!

My experience was good other than the fact that I had to move my locker to another unit on the same facility to keep my same rate. I think the manager Isabella could have easily helped us out with some other kind of solution other then our rent doubling and having to switch units.

Becky was extremely helpful. I came in for an online reservation amd quickly learned I underestimated the size of the unit I needed. She didnt have one on site but was able to set me up on another location near by. She made my experience much easier than it could have been.

Isabella was the perfect customer service manager. Very knowledgeable about every aspect of her job. Answered every question with a smile. It's hard to find good employees in this day and age. Extra space storage is extremely lucky to have such a great employee.

Extra Space Storage on S. 80th St is a nice place to store your stuff. The front office person, Isabel, is truly amazing. She was really great at helping us figure out how much space we needed, worked to get us a good price for the units and really friendly.
