The rep helping me was from the Hosmer location. I think her name was Katherine? She was super helpful and made great conversation while showing me my unit. Awesome customer service, the visit was very pleasant.

Online experience of getting and paying for a storage unit was incredibly easy and fast. Had no issues whatsoever when I got to the location either. Dave was extremely nice and helpful with the whole process and showing me the unit. Very personable and kind. Definitely helped with making a stressful situation less stressful!

It’s a really nice space overall. I enjoy the online rate which I would recommend to anyone looking. Also the location is sweet with access to both north and south i5 within a mile. The variety and the friendliness of staff pushing this location above all else though. A good unit overall.
