They were good for the last 2yrs but what I didnt like was the upcharging my Storage. I was at $80 the went to $97.. Then all of a sudden im at by $117 with NO notice or email at all.. Paying isn't the problem but I am a 1st time mom with a toddler & I dont get any government assistance. I pay all cash everything SOOO knowing in advance as a professional courteay wouldve been appreciated... With that I'm moving it to another Storage that can communicate!!

AMAZING OUT OF THE ORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY HUMAN GESTURES. Helped me store my broken down car after getting back from deployment. Even helped me push it in to my unit while it was on neutral and dead battery. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and amazing customer satisfaction.

I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage on PAC Highway in Lakewood. The facility is always clean units are kept up and the on-site manager. Austin is a pleasure to work with and prompt with answering your questions and getting back with you. This location definitely deserves the five stars that I gave it. If you’re in the military or just local and need a place to store your belongings this is the place for you.
