Famous Footwear is noted for having lots of shoes, including a well-rounded selection. It is the only place some customers have been able to find larger men's sizes, like 14 or 15. Shoppers can often find at least one unbeatable super deal, particularly in the clearance section, and there is an abundance of seasonal items for all holidays. The store also carries a nice selection of socks, underwear, some clothes, affordable hygiene products, and toiletries. However, the place is only somewhat good due to issues with staff awareness and treatment. The staff is often not there to help customers find stuff and are not super interested in helping. Service can be underwhelming, with employees not trying to understand what is wanted or showing what might work. There are also complaints about pricing and poorly trained employees, with customers advising others to be sure they understand the pricing placards and not let the store change the prices on them. Despite these problems, many customers state they will still buy there.
Associate named Jacob really a great sales person, not even just welcoming but shook my hand with good grip and asked how my day was, what was I looking and what is my budget. All way around a person overall, def keep an eye out for him for other fellow companies he’s a keeper

The place is somewhat good, but it needs awareness from those who work in this place. Their treatment was not good and I did not like it.

OK styles. I found a couple pairs in the clearance section. I thought prices would be cheaper. I might go back if there is a sale.
