Absolute fantastic customer service & experience always! I frequently work with Damon & he is always very knowledgeable & upfront with the things I need to do right me vs what can wait. I have been coming here for years & have never felt pressured into anything or felt deceived. They’ve even helped me fix issues caused by other shops. This will always be my go to Firestone location! 12/10 recommend to everyone

I needed a diagnosis on my 2015 RAV4. Booked through car advise. They had openings while all other firestones were booked, they got me in the next day. Poor startup after engine was at operating temp. They spent 2 hours looking for the problem and found it. I am very relieved. The issue was 2 of my coil packs were not allowing the spark plugs to fire properly as they are the originals at 165k miles. They were very professional, nice, and accommodating, thoroughly explaining what the issue was and showing me parts. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you so much!

Paid for vehicle inspection. Get inspection back with a recommended service needed. About $850 almost every item was brand new replacement less than 2 week by myself. When question It was told that they just use manufacturer recommend maintenance schedule. They dont actually check. I needed a tire replacement (reason i came in) did the second so match tread depth. Told they had the same tires witch was a lie since I now have 2 different brands of tires on my car. The sign say they only put new tires on the rear if not buying 4 yet the 2 new tires are on the front. I was waiting for my in the lobby after 30 minutes of my car being done parked out front I ask what we were wait for they grab the paperwork then tell me I have to wait while he answers and helps a customer on the phone. So I stood there while he looks up tires for person on the phone. I will never spend another penny at your business.

I got a flat tire around the corner from this tire shop, my jack couldn’t lift the car high enough to put the spare. So I had to air it down real low to get it on, I drove to the shop and figured they would give me air, during business hours. I was turned away smh, was told my compressors are off sorry. My tire was so low that it could’ve gone flat again if I kept driving it. I was driving off when a customer offered too help. Once they seen that the same guy that turned me away came out and said, “my compressors are on” if I did t need the help I would’ve drove off. Les Schwab would’ve helped me AFTER HOURS, I’m glad I don’t do business her and never plan too.

I’ve been to that and other Firestones before but yesterday wasn’t it. I came in about 20 minutes early for an appointment and the man at the counter was appeared to be flirting with one customer and had to walk outside 2 times to get information off of her car. The manager ended up coming in from the back to check me in because it was taking so long. He told me about two hours so me and my daughter went to the shops and basically were waiting for a call. After 2 hours we never received one. We went back and my car was sitting near a bay with some bungee type cord sticking out the front and that wasn't there when I dropped my car off and they hadn't called so we sat down inside for about 15 minutes and then I looked and seen that all the bags were on the completed side. So I stood at the front desk and noone came or acknowledged me so I called. The man left had no idea what was even going on with my car. And tried to upsell me a new battery and a host of other services. Apparently the manager had left an hour earlier. Someone working went thru my car to some degree because both the envelope with my title (I received it in the mail that day) and my registration which was in a protective sheet were in my glove box and have dirty/oily finger prints on it. Now I have to get some cards that were left in the car replaced for peace of mind. I haven’t been here since last year and I definitely won’t be back now. The only reason it’s a 2 instead of a one is the manager was nice.
Prior to this service, when I went last year I had a great experience. They re-diagnosed my car for free after my check engine light came back on 50 miles later and they were honest about not being able to fix it
