Came in asking for a new console, the woman working was extremely rude, thought it might just be her personality, but no another customer came in and she was sunshine and rainbows to her. Not sure why she was so rude, we just asked about the console with intentions to buy but they were out of stock.
Probably won't come again, we're avid gamers but can find stuff elsewhere, bummer tho.

I was in the Lakewood WA store recently (5700 100th St SW, Lakewood, WA 98499) and the cashier there (Mik) was an absolute delight. I have two kids (ages 9 and 11) who needed to trade in some games I asked my kids to talk directly to Mik so they could continue to get experience talking with cashiers. the math quickly got complicated between the two kids but Mik treated them like adults, and took their questions seriously while at the same time asking them about Pokemon and other stuff. Mik was patient and kind and very helpful.
I did make a joke about wearing a hat because I'm going bald (I'm 41). Mik said that their dad does the same thing. Mik can't be older than 25 so that killed me in one hit. Still... 10/10 would be reminded of my age by a Gen Zer again.
I can't stress this enough: Mik is one of the good ones. I super want them and their bosses to know that they're a treasure.

My favorite of the locations in the area. The staff are very friendly, very patient, and helpful. They're also really good at recognizing regulars.

The times I have visited here have been quite pleasant! The employee by the name of Mik was very kind and helpful to me today. He assisted me with my game pre-order and informed me on deals that were happening in store. I was able to grab some neat stuff! Its always fun to stop in and check out the merch they got in store, the staff is always pretty friendly.

I've been to this location twice trying to get regular GameStop services each time it seems like the clerk is lazy and it has horrible customer service and really make the whole company look bad I wouldn't go to this location go to 72nd
