“There are a lot of reviews here about bad customer service. They look like they were from a few years ago and things may have gotten better. I had a GOOD customer service interaction. It is true that they do not answer the phone. Don't even bother. However, the online chat is a different story. The chat "icon" only appears on their website when someone is available. Both times that I had to contact them during my issue (billing), someone was on the chat within 60 seconds and they resolved the issue on the spot. Shipping was incredilbly fast and the products were great.”

“I really appreciate Stew, the proprietor. He's a very nice, laid back guy. He's helped me get a loan when I was in a jam. He's always been very fair and very professional. He is open to working with you as much as any pawn shop operator can, and I couldn't ask for anything more. Sometimes I just like stopping by to browse his stock and see what cool stuff he has to sell. I've been surprised by his inventory and it's cool to find a good deal unexpectedly at his store.
