Julie, Caroline, and Andrew were nothing short of amazing!I was attempting to cut a 2in diameter hole for a desk mount. I purchased both chuck sizes HURCULESE brand to fit the saw which was also HURCULESE. The addapter for the larger size chuck didt fit my 3/8th in drill. So I returned it for the entire HURCULESE holesaw kit. I checked it in my car just to find out, the kit assumes you have both 3/8th AND 1/2in drills available at your disposal. The employees were nothing short of amazing returning the kit even though I had opened it. The return process was seemless for me but absoltuly cumbersom for your employess. This is a shot at Corprate Harbor Frieght. NOT my local store. I buy here atleast once a week for somthing that would take too much time to find at Homedepot or just to find out they only carry it online. Julie, Caroline, and Andrew thank you! sorry for the trouble even though NONE of you complained at any part of the anoing process(just want to be fully clear about that), and Corprate please fix this process for my local store.Thank you.

I love this store. Their online support is hit or miss, y last experience with a list package was a disaster. But for in store shopping for affordable tools, this place is great. Their tool quality is very good for DIYers

This is a worst store you can shop at if you have to return an item you will be charged 20% restock fee for a defective welder, even if you bring it back the next day, they make up rools on the spot?????NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP WITH HARBOR FREIGHT ??????

The place sells a lot of low grade equipment and returns are kind of a hassle, I believe some things don't work because they are involved in warranty fraud. I took my purchased battery charger back because it wouldn't turn on. The next one I purchased didn't work neither, I took it apart and on the circuit board was a switch that was in the off position. I flipped it to on and it started to work appropriately. Assembly line employees are either doing it on purpose or not they do get a lot of returns for faulty purchases. They do however, have good stuff as well and I buy there still. Warranty fraud by businesses is common place today and not reported until the federal agencies co-op with the culprits have their scapegoat to quelch the crime and never brought to the public eye based on federal judges issuing gag orders to keep their vindicative involvement out of the limelights.

Is a great place to buy tools, and I sometimes go here during my lunch break. However, even though the black Friday deals start next week on Monday morning, all the current labels have been switched to Black Friday deals, and the real prices hidden. So to my surprise and chagrin, The whole cart of things that I took to the counter had to be replaced because they were ringing up wrong a double the price from what was quoted. Then the gentleman explained that even though the labels give one price, the sale has not yet started. I explained to him that it is so misleading and such a great waste of time. How about, I’m quite satisfied with what I buy over there. Especially the hooks to hang up the tools, various screwdrivers, tarps, bungee cards, tractor pins, assortment of gloves, painting, tools, etc..

I never have any real problems here but a suggestion for corporate would be to add on the website the location/aisle of items for each individual store.

I love Harbor Freight! It's such an awesome store! I love everything in there! Every time I walk into this store I wish I had more money to spend. Seriously! They have so much for such good prices! I definitely recommend stopping by!

Harbor Freight has turned their act around and now truly offer hifh quality hand and power tools that honestly rival the industry's top and most well known brands. If you didn't trust their quality before, give'em another try now. You honestly will not regret it.

For single use or expedient needs they work out fine! We get all our recreational grade ratchet straps and E-Track from them. Also moving dollies and moving blankets.

I like they usually have what I'm looking for, but I hate the slow service. Frustrating to spent 5 minutes what I'm looking for, then 10 minutes in line with 7 other people and one checkout clerk while three other employees are wandering the store.
