I came to Lakewood Community Center when I was growing up, approximately 20+ years ago, for some organized child activities. We carpooled to the location and arrived early, which was a surprise as traffic coming from the north of Seattle had been clear. The parking lot was large and partially full, but we still found a space without having to circle for a spot to open up. We explored a little bit of the nearby Seeley Lake Park while waiting since we had arrived early. Facilities we used for our activities were nice. Re-visiting yesterday Wednesday 2 August 2023, the parking lot was still large and the building approximately the same on the exterior.
