Sometimes it a bit confusing. Went to find something for my wife's tomato plant and look for a couple of good deals. When we went to checkout and an older couple was having a little trouble working self checkout and the employee working in that area had to be the most miserable person in the entire building!! When i had mentioned to her that if she cleared a register of a prior sale, then we could ring up our items and go so the line didn't get too bad. She turned and gave us a look of pure hatred!! We are definitely NOT going back.

They should have a higher rating than 3.9. This store has been so accommodating and always has answers to every need and store aisle location. My only drawback is when JBLM transfers troops out I can't find moving materials. Lol

Great customer service, both Tre'von and Avinish went the extra mile to help me. I was impressed by how much effort those both put in when I had a difficult question. You rarely see that amount of energy put into customers these days. Good culture.

Astonishingly terrible customer service in the lawn equipment section. Three employees were sitting/leaning on patio furniture laughing with a customer and couldnāt bother to assist. After waiting a while, I walked up and asked a rep for assistance and she had no idea what the āfree shippingā price threshold would be on lawn equipment (for an out of stock item). Told me to look online. I left the store and went up the road to Home Depot and spent about $500 there.

5/23/2024 I went into Lowe's today in Lakewood to buy a backpack leaf blower I sat there and waited and waited and then went and talked to somebody and asked him to page somebody to come help me got no help then I went up and asked somebody else, they paged over the overhead intercom to have somebody come help in customer service with leaf backpack blowers, I sat there for over 25 minutes and not a single employee came over to help me!! horrible!!! So instead of them getting my money I'm taking my business down to tractor supply where I know people will help. It is just ridiculous to wait that long and not see one employee come to help after being paged twice!!
