It's pretty obvious the staff here don't have a great bond with each other so how would you expect them to deliver great customer service to shoppers that come here. Management team seem unaccomodating and stuck up- don't know how they're being treated by the higher ups but they wouldn't be acting that way for nothing or if not, just do better at hiring real accomodating people i guess???

Wow what a mess. Lakewood location is all too often a wreck. Unpleasant to shop there. At least the employees are nice.

Nice place for art supplies, though sometimes priced at a premium compared with other supply stores. Lots of sales all the time though!

I have not been in A Marshalls in a very long time. But it was nice to be greeted by a Marshalls employee who happened to be smiling ?while addressing me with respect And kindness. seemed to be enjoying the time they spent interacting with customers and not attempting to embarrass me and not jumping to odd conclusions that I was streeling from them (even though I just walked in the store. Believe it or not It has happened to me at another store. ?(Will not state the name until I upload my proof!?) disrespecting everyone from me, them, everyone in ?earshot and ?️eyesight. So I believe a heart felt? thank you is in order so? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ? for making me feel welcome. Too bad I couldn't find anything I liked. ????

One of the WORST customer service everrrrr!!!!! The first thing that happened was that my mom and I were trying to use the bathroom, so we asked an employee if there was a bathroom that we could use, and she said "yea but not for you" with a little snarky attitude. My mom was also doing a need to go pee dance because she has a weak bladder, which isn't relevant at this point. But later on, while shopping, I overheard that same employee talking to other workers about the situation and making fun of my mom, and when I confronted her to ask for her name she said she doesn't work there and doesn't need to give me her name and preceeded to tell me to get my nasty mouth out of the store. That was extremely unprofessional to do in front of customers and very disrespectful

Extremely poor customer service. They have about 5 managers in this place that don’t know how to manage. They talk about their employees and treat the few employees who actually do their job like dirt. The poor teenage girls in the front run this place while the other so called managers stand in the corner talking smack. This place needs a whole brand new makeover. Get rid of all these toxic ladies and bring in people that actually appreciate what they do. Won’t be going back to this location.
