Really loved the premium pedicure spa package. Requested gel nails (color 095, a rose pink) and couldn’t be more in love with the application and result. Thanks so much to the two ladies who serviced my pedi, and the kind man who serviced my friend’s pedi. No matter how particular we were about the shape, application, color, they were on top of it. Beautiful salon. Will be back again!

This place is small and well-priced, so I normally wouldn’t do this because you get what you pay for and they’re a small business; but I am so upset.
I went in for a gel pedicure. I had a previous gel pedicure so it needed to be removed. The older man who works here is the one who worked on me.
I should have stopped him at the beginning, I knew something was off, but how bad can you mess up a pedicure? Instead of grinding off the top layer and soaking off the old polish, he used the electronic grinder to remove all of it. It literally hurt, and instead of stopping he would just take small breaks in between grinding. He also cut me while cleaning up my cuticles.
At the end had the audacity to tell me that my nails are thin. Well now they are, that they’ve been ground off. I’ve never had an issue with my toes being soft or sensitive. But now it’s 4am and I can’t sleep because they are so sore.
The tips are also rough and unfinished. Instead of the polish going to the edge, the underlying nail is exposed. The tips were also jagged. I’m going to have to file them myself because they keep getting caught on fabrics. I also got a chrome finish and it’s pretty patchy at the tips.
Overall I’m giving them 2 stars because the place is nice enough, and so were the people there, so I feel bad. But the technique this guy is using is just awful.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 3 years, but today really caught me off guard.
At my last appointment, I shared that I wasn’t happy with the French tips on a few of my nails. The owner, Mina, admitted that she isn’t good at French tips. The tips of my nails didn't all look the same, and some of the lines were even crooked. I suggested she could give me a small discount but she offered to redo them instead, which I appreciated.
Fast forward to today… I came in for a simple full color on my natural nails and she told me she wouldn’t do my nails anymore because of me asking her to fix a couple last time. That was the only time in all these years of me going there that I ever spoke up about my nails.
After being a customer for years, I’m now being turned away just for sharing my opinion? I saw a review mention the owner can be vindictive and honestly, that seems spot on.
For years she’s complained about her business being slow and not having enough customers and now I understand why.

Thank you to the staff at Mina's Nails. The salon is very clean. The staff is friendly. They listened to me when I told them what I needed. Brought me water, and turned on the massage mechanism on the chair. It was great. Feet/legs are feeling great, and toe nails are looking good. I will return. Thank you

Waited 40mins for a pedicure. They upsold me on their top dollar pedicure $45, turns out that was no different than their basic pedicure, NO DIFFERENT, no extra massage, no hot wax, they used 1 hot stone on my feet only, for only 1minute (I’m not exaggerating). THEN, I get the bill $60.00??!?! Apparently, the basic French tip costs an extra $15. An absolute rip off and waste of 2 hours.

Mina nails did a wonderful job with my nails ? The service was amazing they even made sure I was hydrated and charged my phone ?
The manicure was totally worth it, they gave me a neck and arm massage too!
It was definitely the best places I’ve been to get my nails done! I 100% recommend going here for your nail care! 10/10 ?

Went to get a fill and everything was fine. I was the only one in the shop. The lady did a decent job, another lady can in as I was almost finished and she did my hand massage which was great, she also gave me a shoulder massage. I’m pretty sure that’s not included in the actual service. Once I got home and washed my hands, my fingers stung from the lady cutting my cuticles. Overall I had a good experience minus the cuticle work. I will try this place again, I want to see how their pedicures are.

Had my nails done today and the lady was rough with filing and cutting my cuticles about 3 of my fingers burn because my skin was filed down along with my nails. The full set turned out cute but now I am in pain. My fingers hurt ????
