Management needs to do something about the transients that sit outside their parking lot. I live in the neighboring complex and our fence has been kicked in several times.Often I get woken up from the transients sitting out of sight behind the loading dock. They leave trash, human waste, paraphernalia, and other bodily fluids.It's absolutely disgusting and has had a massive impact on mu mental health.Please fix this problem or close this business. Take some pride to have a shop on this neighborhood or leave.The inaction is causing stress for my neighbors and myself. Please hire security or stop the transients from sitting in YOUR loading dock.Update 1/30/2024The problem was addressed after calling the Lakewood police department, Orilieys manager. By address I mean they cleaned up the filth once and again they are allowing it to spread. After they cleaned it shopping carts, little alcohol bottles and litter made its way back into my complex. Now people are tagging our fence and the side of the building. The property owner needs to hire security.

I've been here before a couple of times over the years, no problems. Today I needed a new battery for the van. Again, no problems. Price was OK. Shout out to Brittney who did a great job finding the right battery and than installing it for me, on what was a very cold day.

I stopped in to get a tail light bulb, and Jose came out and helped install it. I know nothing about car repair, so he made sure I was good to go. This is why I continue to come back. Kudos Jose@@ thank you so much!

They really need to get their phones checked. I was on the phone with them discussing the oil filter that I had purchased and the call was dropped not once but twice by two different employees so I was told that it’s the phone system there. Maybe they should check that and fix it since dropping calls on your customers in the middle of a conversation really isn’t good business it’s just my opinion.

Called to ask for a part number and I told them multiple times what part I needed and they still gave me the wrong one. It was very big waste of time as I had called for them to help me with this one thing that they can't get right

My neighborhood go-to auto part store. Always polite and spoken to right upon entry. May not always have what I need (damn BMW's) but I still try there first just to check.And that's what good customer service will get you............a "returning" customer. Bus.101 class over for the day.Bye Bye

Very disappointed with the customer service with this employee. Came in looking for parts and this man was condescending and rude. We brought in a part and a receipt, specifically asked for the exact part but he continued to ask details about the truck. When we were unsure of an answer he told us that "we see the list" when asked the engine information. He then told me when I asked if he could look up the part by the receipt I handed him, he told me I was "not going to tell him how to do his job. That's what I'm not going to do."Very unpleasant experience!

They got the part fast. We needed a rear view mirror that had been hit. It was wrong color but our "family mechanic" Zeke had some silver paint and he and my gal, his daughter, got it on easily. Friendly staff. Happy to help solve your problems. No hassle. Dependable

I'm a commercial customer my account is with ready set tow, I wanted to say crystal the assistant manager at the steilacoom store 3626, is amazing and very trusted was very sad to see that she hasn't been promoted, as I used to be a assistant manager for the 72nd store 3517, you have a real person there and would do very well as she is now. She gets five stars every time I go in there for any of my needs. I get the right part every single time I go in there she's one of the best!
