Incredibly helpful staff. Little did I know you needed a RX for certain soft foods and they helped me find a comparable item to reduce tummy issues for her.

Dakota W was amazing with my cat Sammich! The haircut was quick and easy and my cat came back to me happy and healthy. I’ll be back in the future as long as Dakota is there to take care of my family. Thanks again!

I mean... It's a pet store. They typically have what we need. The people are kind of rude, in my opinion. We would be waiting for help. the guy/girl would come over to help someone else. Others will show up, and that person would help all of them before getting to us even if we were politely waiting.

The Staff here is always fantastic, been going here for years for our cat and dog as it's the most convenient nearby option. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
It's Pet Smart you know what you're getting, it's not as nice as the one Puyallup or Tacoma.
But isn't that how corporate treats all Lakewood retail?

I think her name was Becca! She was really kind and kept asking if I needed help I said yes she showed me where I can get a few items since I was on a budget. She answered a few questions I had. I have anxiety and just having someone that asks if I needed help is Awesome!

Every service I've had since the supervisor has left. I do not recall her name. Service for my pup has been horrific. Took her today to get a sanicut. My pup remembers groomer Danni, she growled at her. Danni denied her services because my pup wouldn't let her touch her. I understand the safety. My pup is a loving doggy. She never snaps at anyone. Last visit she had was with Danni. Danni was grabbing her ears and pulling it back so rough my dog was crying. I only went in for a sani and clean up on the eyes. When I seen this, I was heart broken and couldn't watch anymore. I let it go. But today just made me realize how hard she was with my dog because my dog snapped at her. Again., I have never seen my dog act aggressive ever until today. Took her to woofers and she was happy to be there. She let the groomer take her back and came out happy. My dog didn't want to leave. Petsmart grooming service is horrible. I have had issues every time I went there. I'm a new dog owner, so I didn't know how things are. I won't be back.
