This is a really decent place to rent a car! If your looking for something affordable for a short trip this is great! Azar is very friendly and will help you get into the vehicle you are looking for, but mind you these are used vehicles but they still work perfectly and fine and will get you to where you need to go! Azar was so helpful and knowledgeable, he even explained to me the rates and deposit which was $150, not bad compared to other places of deposits being at $200. Great money saver! I will rent from here again.

Great customer service and very reasonably priced. Most of the cars were brand new, better then some I've rented from other major rental companies. The employee do their best to satisfy everyone. The other reviews I've noticed with negatives are hard to imagine given something are just not in the employees control. They try to fix every situation and accommodate as best possible. Don't complain hoping they may give you a discount and get upset when they don't and then write a review discrediting them. They are a honest company working hard to helpe everyone. They also rent to those who can't rent from anyone eles due to requirements, they do their best to help.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I reserved an automatic transmission compact model, and when I arrived they didn't have one available. Already off to a terrible start. They told me that one would be returning in three hours, and that I could either wait for that one or I could pay an extra charge for a premium model. I made it clear I was not happy about the situation, but I was in a hurry and could not sit around and wait for my vehicle. Now I've requested a refund of that extra charge, and I am being told that because I eventually took the premium model that I "accepted" the additional charge and they will not refund me for that. It's not a lot of money (about $25 total), but I think that just shows how horrible their customer service is. They screwed up by not having my car, and now they're willing to alienate a potential repeat customer over $25.

Dissapointed. Rented s car for my wife while I was out of town. Battery dead first day, she kissed a doctor's appointment. They came and jumped it. It was dead the next day. They brought another car. (After telling my with the wasn't turning the car off right. Which turning a car off and removing the key usually works). That car died a few days later too. I ended up fixing that car myself, including replacing the burned out headlight (is that legal for them to rent a car out with a bad headlight?)

So far I'm dissatisfied with service and I haven't even had a chance to talk to anyone. Called 4 times today and left voicemails because I'm in desperate need for a vehicle and have received no calls back. Will keep trying, hope they come through for me

So disappointed that Rent-a-Wreck trying to make money off of via consumer's insurance USAA without directly notifying me the customer. My USAA asked me if i have filed any auto claim. I had no idea; and i was furious to find out it was Rent-A-Wreck trying to make several thousand dollars. I remember who had me sign that document...hidden agenda under the smile of the employee who works there. I going to see that guy tomorrow why he is trying to make money such terrible way
