It is a great place to treasure hunt and other customers make it entertaining when the try to take the cart out th3 door when it has the pole on it to prevent that and she continues to try even with an employee trying to get her to stop. The security/loss prevention guard had to actually go over and tell her while trying to get the cart from her. She had paid for everything at least 😂🤣

Today, I noticed gang tags on the outside of the store. The tags shoukd be removed by management or the facility facility Engineers of the shopping center.
The inside of the store is great: the Personnel staff have good customer service skills it's clean and neat, the little bit; I see headed to the locker.
I don't shop there, but the Amazon pickup lockers are there. I like that!

I had a bad experience with this store, so be careful, there is a bad staff inside the store. They treat you like you are a criminal. There is a lady about 65 years old who is terrible at treating people. I do not recommend that you come here. Bad customer support.

GHETTO! This morning one of the female security guards, a female cashier and a self checkout overseer.. also female were all gossiping out loud In Front of all the customers. It was so sad to witness. Professionalism has literally left that store. The bathroom was filthy omg. Ross use to have a little class smh.

I thought it couldn’t be worse than Tacoma. The weirdo loss prevention girl was stalking me like I didn’t notice ? i guess because I didn’t have a cart. But I was just shopping to pass time before I had to be at school, thought maybe I could find a few pieces but their inventory sucks.

Absolutely the worse Ross I have ever been in. I have been in alot of Ross's. Nevada, California and Oregon. This place was mauled! It was terrible. Save your money, there are 2 more in this town.
