One of thee worst Safeways. The bakery has messed up my cake orders at least 5 times. We have a large Family and we have Birthdays at least once a month. IThis is my local Safeway, so I try and order here, but I'll go to pick up my cake and they have NO record of the order! So my youths have been let down with cakes they wanted, but I couldn't deliver for them because they were never made. It's infuriating and no one is held accountable. Morning shift blames it on night shift even though you have to order the cake 24 hrs in advance at least and no matter how much time I give them notice I will have the wrong cake or at least 3 times now NO cake at all! Incompetent, rude, they act like I'm the crazy one like I called another store or someone else did wrong. I'm like when are you going to be held accountable for bad service to your customers?! Not coming back here, it's official.

Don't do delivery here. I keep forgetting how bad the produce is that they pick for you if you do delivery, every time. I got a moldy onion and a soft squishy tomato that were both inedible. This time I even got old buttermilk that was a day from expiration and I didn't need it until next week. I swear they pull all the stuff that's about to expire and require that the people who get delivery get the older crap. Why am I not complaining to the store? Because I have and it does no good.

Safeway needs to clamp on their checkers that sit there and talk too much, its rude and disrespectful of the people waiting in line!

Terrible customer service in the deli. Specifically in the mornings. A month ago, i was there. I wanted to ask a question, the deli girl said, be right with you. She just decided to stock instead. I ignored it. Today, i went and ask for a spoon. She said they dont use or give spoons back there. Interesting, because you sell soups. You might want to have that handy for people if you dont provide it. Just rude. Shes that wrinkly lady thats probably in her 40s.

I went into the store today needing sides for my potluck. I went to the deli and was greeted by Colin who was very friendly, professional and sociable. He helped me out and we had a good talk while doing so. Once I finished up there I went to check out where Amy was my Cashier, she was very sweet and also very professional, even dealing with her pill of a co-worker who was buying soda but then needed a refund she was kind and professional all the way through. I hope Safeway actually reads these comments and values these two amazing and exceptional employees and rewards them. It is a rarity to have top of the line customer service now-a-days and this Safeway has it thanks specifically to these two individuals

All American sub sandwich the bread was unable to eat and deviled egg potatoe salad tasted like seafood which my son,daughter & myself don't care for. $18.00 in food to the trash.

Julia was so nice today! She works in the flower station and wrapped my flowers so beautifully! I had a HORRIBLE experience on mothers day with a staff member who was so rude and had such a attitude, I almost cried and thought I would never come here to get my flowers wrapped ever again. I usually always get my flowers wrapped here so I was disappointed! Thankfully, Julia saved it for me! She wrapped them perfectly I can't wait to come back! ??????

Just going to stop when the website says open till midnight it's 11:35 so you scramble to find your shoes get out to your car and make it to the store at 11:45 but they have a security guard & two employees turning people away at the door, CLOSED. If that's the case fine but they need to update their website, closing time 11:45 p.m.
And while security in back of employees seemed to think it was funny, it's inconsiderate and just downright bad business.
