Do not ever go here to buy any vape products whatsoever he sells vapes that don’t even work the picture you’re seeing is a brand new vape that doesn’t work at all. I even stuck to his policy and tried it as I was at the door realized it didn’t work Turned around to get a replacement. He refused to give me a refund. He even tried to charge it for me, and even after seeing that clearly the battery was faulty he refused to give me a refund. I don’t know what kind of business he runs, but that’s not good business long story short I really want to vape so I ended up buying another one of course never will. I go here again there’s way better vape shops please save your money

Don't go here.The guy is super rude, charges an extra 10 bucks if you use a credit or debit card regardless of how much you spend...Oh, says he opens at 10am but he's rarely open before 11. Terrible experience.There's a place just a little south who open at 9am and they are super friendly. ❤️

First time at this location and I will never return. Their prices are extremely expensive. So I bought a box of tubes for 5 49. And butane for 3.99. What does that total? 9.48. with our 10% tax I'll just round it to a dollar so it should have been no more than 10:50. Why was my total 13.25? When when I asked him about it he just kind of blew me off and was rude. So he price gouged and patted the bill. Never going there again. I should return the items and get my money back.

First time customer. Went straight to what I was looking for. When I asked him for the item he sat there till he was ready to get up. As he was checking me out the price jumped and I asked him why. He said no that is the price. I told him I saw the price change and he said it was the credit card fee. I said he could of mentioned that and he said you could just read. I told him I didn’t read any signs on the way in and he said well. I said refund. He definitely is not hurting for business but he won’t have mine. I told him that’s bad business and he said it’s okay.

(I had to put a rating in order to leave a question.) What are your hours? I have been calling since around 4 PM to ask if you carry a specific product, so I stopped by, but the door is always locked. I was there Saturday around 11 AM, but you were also closed.Thank you for your help!

Demanded I remove my facial covering during COVID-19, I know I may appear young but no where near 17 and under. 24 thank you I told the worker that's rediculous and I would not be doing that over some rolling papers. Not worth the risk He aggressively gave me my id back and we exchanged a few words

I am livid enough to write this review because this disgrace needs to be shut down! -he's charging $6 "card processing fee" which is false, he inputed an extra charge himself, and it's ILLEGAL to charge those card fees -his attitude is absolutely disgusting. -he raised his voice at me and kept cutting me off, to the point I had to raise my voice at him to get a word out! I've encountered quite a few people with horrible attitudes but this one takes the cake. This is my first and last time going here. He's the owner btw. Story: I greet him and tell him I'm looking for a powder for a friend and have no idea because I'm new here. I had a picture but needed a different type of the same brand, and he pointed it out. I took a picture just to confirm with her, he proceeds to say " I don't allow pictures so ask next time". There were no signs to say that but okay whatever I got my picture. I waited like 30 seconds for her to text me back and he says "So you aren't ready? *scoffs* okay I'll wait". uhh there's no one else in the store but okay.So she responds, it's right, okay gr8 let's check out. the powder's price tag was $18, I go to swipe my card and notice the sale says $25.27. Mind you, I could hear him typing additional amounts in after he scanned the powder. He has a printed paper taped to the counter that says "a card processing fee". I'm used to 50 cent or something. I ask him how much the "fee" is, he rolls his eyes and won't give me a number just loudly babbles off "there's a fee for cards so the total is 25.27". At this point I'm getting irritated because of his attitude. I ask him again, how much is the fee because taxes aren't this much. Before I could finish my sentence He raises his voice and babbles the same thing again. So I cut him off and raise my voice back at him telling him to let me speak! At this point I'm livid and can't believe I just had to raise my voice at this man. I continue to check out because I know my friend needs this for her medical condition and it's hard to find. I ask him for the copy of my receipt. It's a little receipt that has no details just a total. I ask for a detailed receipt, he says he doesn't have one. As I'm about to leave I turn around and tell him his "fee" is illegal and I know he is just typing an additional charge in which is why he won't show me the full receipt. He gets wide eyed and before he could say anything I raised my voice and told him I'm reporting him to the BBB and anywhere else that will listen, and he's a disgusting person and shouldn't own an establishment. He just stood there finally speechless. So moral to this, do not spend your money here. He's disgusting and shouldn't own a business let alone be in customer service. And I will be reporting him.

Bought a puff bar disposable vape from this place and it didn't work so I brought it back to replace it. The asian guy told me to talk to the company and I told him that I've spoke to the company before and they only deal with purchases made through their site. He still refused to refund me or replace the vape because of store policy. Don't buy anything here because if it's faulty they won't do anything about it.

Do not buy anything from this store this Asian guy is a piece of s*** I bought a vape from here took it home vaping it died and I went to charge it and it won't charge .. thing is he's telling me well it was charging when you left .. so I bought a 50 dollar product to use for one day then it died and he tell me all sales are final ... PIECE OF S*** .. it's seriously been one day and has not been dropped or anything at all f*** this place they will rob you

Selling fake n95 masks, no precautions to prevent spread of corona. Price gouges and stole money off my debit card through a non cash fee. Price went up 8 dollars for the fee. Overall joke.
