“Let me give a huge shout out to great workers at DISCOUNT TIRE, in Lakewood, WA. The manager of the store, KELSIN SADR actually mounted my new Michelin Pilot 4S tires as he was the guy who could mount without scratching my wheels on my Audi RS7 as I had used the touchless mounting machine in Bellevue last time. He discovered that two of my wheels were slightly off on the balancing (slightly bent) probably due to hitting a pot hole with these LOW PROFILE wheels so he mounted them on the back, thank you KELSIN... He got me a $200 credit on one tire, yes only one tire, but that was 10% saving on my $2000 4-tire cost, thank you KELSIN. He helped my try and locate two new wheels to replace my two bent ones using Google AI with a photo on his phone, thank you KELSIN. He was able to get my tires in the same day and put them on that same day, thank you KELSIN... He discussed the balancing weights which I wanted on the inside of the wheel only (out of sight), he advised the balancing would be slightly less accurate without (ugly) weights on the outside part of the wheel, thank you KELSIN. Two or three of his associates talked and consulted and advised me, thanks guys... RINTO was one of the guys who was my first representative that took my tread wear and discussed CONTINENTAL vs MICHELIN with me, thanks RINTO, also Caiyan and Chris and big Tom..!! “Brought my Toyota 4runner in for a steering and suspension inspection it made a really loud creaking noise when driving so I booked a appointment paid the fee for them to do the inspection and not only did I leave with peace at mind I left with my truck not creaking ! So Immediately set a appointment up for the one day I had off and with the list of problems they found on my truck they serviced it the day of the appointment and my car has never ran better ! Had me back rolling within again in under 30 minutes of my arrival. Called Snap and setup my 90 day no interest payment plan. Easy peasy. I had shopped around to the big tire guys and other small ones. All wanted an arm and a leg. Their prices were absolutely unbeatable. Best experience possible! “I've been a Les Schwab customer for years (30?). Something I noticed my last two visits: there is no longer a sense of urgency that seemed to mark their customer service over the years. My most recent visit was supposed to be a 1 1/2 hr wait for a screw in a tire. (Normal: it's busy.) It became 5 hours. Don't know all the circumstances (shorthanded? big jobs?), I just know the lack of pace is noticeable. And my anxiety was off the charts, lol.”

They even went above and beyond when I ended up being stuck there for FIVE hours, offering to take me to find food, letting me meet their adorable pups, and make myself at home in their very comfy lobby.

It really felt like a “girl dad” mechanic shop, the kind of place where you can show up alone, stressed, and still feel completely safe and taken care of.
