So Immediately set a appointment up for the one day I had off and with the list of problems they found on my truck they serviced it the day of the appointment and my car has never ran better ! If your looking for fair and honest people and skilled mechanics this is definitely the place to come to don't think twice !”

My work didn't involve any transmission work, but he knew I needed the work done and was in a tight spot, so he went ahead and did the work immediately for me so I could make it to work the next day, and he didn't realize how much that meant to me, and it meant so much that, I'm posting this comment 5 years later, as I had this company pop up on my profile, to give feedback for some reason. “5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!!I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliché "you're a woman in an auto shop, so I'll talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you it's a big deal.)I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so we're gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.”
